The lines are way too long and the service is very slow. I planned to be in and out within 30 mins but waited in line for about 20 mins and decided to go home instead of waiting any longer. The irony is that I was the next person in line but they took so long with the current customer that I couldnt be served. This happens very regularly and when you have children who can get restless its really not worth the wait.

Service can be a bit slow at times when the store is packed, but thats out of the control of the employees. The crew really knows their stuff on products and service. EVERYONE has ALWAYS been super friendly and actually a lot of fun to deal with. They joke around, point out features you make like and treated everyone Ive seen and me, really well.

Friendly staff and very helpful. I wouldve gave them 5 stars but my last visit the staff member I had, had a small attitude just because I asked a simple question plus he took forever to get my phone up and running but other than that they are a great staff especially on the wkends when the Latin crew is running the joint.

These guys and ladies are as prompt as they can be, for which I give credit. These guys get swamped sometimes. They offer great deals and will help you as much as possible. The only complaint I have is the lack of consistent information. Youll get info from one guy and then someone will tell you the complete opposite.

This is a great T-Mobile store. My wife and I have been with the company for 5 years now and usually do stuff online or on the phone, but if in a pinch we go to this store and never have had bad customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
