UPDATE: I VISITED THIS STORE A COUPLE DAYS LATER TO COMPARE BATTERY SIZES FOR A NEW PURCHASE ON AMAZON. An associate named Angela asked me if I needed help. Short story: Angela went out of her way to help me, found my proof of purchase in their system and because of her Ill be ridein the wind this weekend. Thank you Angela. Hope I spelled your name right. DEEP SEA! I purchased an Odyssey pc-545 motorcycle battery from this store several months ago. I was in the process of moving and figured I would probably lose the receipt. The clerk offered to put my info in their system so I would not have to worry about losing the receipt. After taking the battery in to get checked the clerk tells me a cell has gone bad. Not a problem just look me up in your system and let me exchange for another battery, yeah. Not so much. The clerk finds my info but no proof of purchase, figures. Now Im stuck with an expensive paperweight. I should have kept track of the receipt, yup. Wont make that mistake again, at least at Amazon I can get a digital receipt. Tip, buy online and never count on fading ink receipts.

The Hampton,Va location was nice all around thats where I brought the external charger but had to take it back to this Newport news location but its been about 3 weeks i had to wait on a refund check and its not about the money like i could have kept the charger for all of this. I gave the charger back in excellent condition why i wasnt treated like that with my refund....So i call the Newport news location and a lady named Lisa was absolutely rude cutting me off while talking just basically rushing me off the phone I never called more than twice to check on my refund Its my money I woild have been fine if they gave me the charger back. Worst customer service ever and I been in retail for 8 years no matter what the problem is if I give you respect I should gain it in return.

Took my IPad in and paid 129.00 to have the screen replaced. Everything worked when I dropped it off. I had to call after a week of them having it and they told me the screen they installed didnt work and they were waiting for another one. Another week goes by and I get a call to pick it up, but the tech tells me that now the home button doesnt work anymore. They did try to charge me 149.00 dollars but I asked for a discounted rate because they broke the home button during the repair. Now a week or so from picking it up my wifi does not work on it. I basically paid for them to break my tablet even more than just the screen being cracked.

I ordered a battery 5200 mAh for galaxy s4 online and recieved 10% discount. When I got to store for pick up, the battery wasnt in stock. So, i had to get a 2600 mAh battery and lost the discount from ordering online. All in all, I would say I was very disappointed. 2 stars are for the nice guy in store trying to help me and that they do have a wide variety of batteries for a decent price.

Bought a laptop battery here and have had nothing but problems with it. Despite the manufacturer of the laptop saying the battery isnt working with my laptop, Batteries+ is refusing to do anything about it. On top of all that, I went to a local computer store that said the same battery through them would cost $60 less than the one sold to me by Batteries+. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.

Ordered two Duracell 12volt, 14Ah batteries for our APC back-up power source. Ordered online for a 10% discount and picked up in store after receiving email notification that the order was ready. Salesman was courteous and carried the heavy batteries to my car. Very efficient and pleasant experience.

Unfortunately the wrong size battery was suggested for my computer based on the model number I gave. I will have to return it and hopefully will be able to purchase the correct one. From the time I ordered online until I picked it up two hours later was very satisfactory.

Good job well done. I like the way of business. I can call the store talk to the store check the inventory before I put in the order. I pick up the product , within an hour I can pick up and installed in my house and worked.
