I have purchased two batteries from this location. Both batteries that I purchased have had problems within the last year. One battery would not hold a charge at all. The other battery had a terminal that melted while trying to start my Jetski. Both of these batteries where their premium product and cost over $100. They refused to replace either battery despite the fact that they had two year warranties. Do not do business with this company. Neither battery made it to a year of life. Now Im out 200+ dollars.

So their website says they recycle bulbs, I wish that was the case. I brought some mercury filled bulbs to this store trying to recycle them properly and was told by two employees they dont accept them, they just throw them away. I repeated that these were mercury filled bulbs and was again told they just throw them in the trash. Hmm... Maybe the EPA needs to visit this store. Very disappointed with these employees lack of environmental safety.

I thought it was going to be easy. I ordered a Duracell battery with lifetime free replacement warranty to be picked up at the shop. That is NOT what I got. Bait and Switch. No name battery with no warranty. For The SAME price. I had to argue and argue. I am supposed to get the duracell maybe in 10 days. We will see. Wont go back
