Terrible policies and straight up terrible customer service. 3 weeks ago I lost my phone and went to the store. I upgraded my phone and my wifes at that point. I had purchased a Sony Xperia Z which the sales person swore up and down it was the best phone they had. One week later I return to the store because my phone was experianciance battery life issues. They tested it and found it to have problems. I replaced it for a similar model which at that point the sale person told me I had another 15 day period to change it because it was a new phone. Now one week later I continue to experience similar technical issues which makes me unhappy with this model. I return to the store and they told me they would not replace it because I am out of the 15 day window. I spoke to the original sale agent and he agreed he told me that. However a few minutes later after being in the back with the manager he returns and says "I had misunderstood him". So now I am a liar!?!? On top of that they cancelled my wifes Jump plan because they claim I was not eligible for insurance which was required. To top it off, T-mobiles coverage is not supremely reliable and I get very terrible service.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Extremely RUDE and inconsiderate employees. Not just one but two employees kept cutting me off when I would speak. They were not interested in helping me what so ever from the bad attitude they had and the sour faces they were staring at me with. They were not helpful at all and did not make me feel like I was appreciated as the LOYAL T-MOBILE CUSTOMER THAT I AM. DO NOT COME HERE, trust me.

Customer service is decient for the workload. This particular store needs to be larger and hire more employees. Why are there no machines at this location to pay your bill?!? That would remove like 40% of the people waiting in line. Not a bad place to do business, but be prepared to wait. Also, this place needs more seating for customers waiting and a obvious "Sign In" sign so people arnt standing around getting skipped.

Finally finished up a 2 year contract with The Evil Empire (Verizon) and was looking for a company that wouldnt try to sell me stuff I didnt need or want. Everyone at the store was polite and helpful, but most especially Tonya, who knew what she was talking about and made the transition easy. Totally satisfied with the experience, and they are great representatives for T Mobile. Highly recommended!

Super helpful and great customer service!! Mrs. Jamie was wonderful to work with, she is a life saver! She helped me set up my new phone and wasnt pushy when it came time to buy a new phone to purchase an expensive one but rather waited until I made up my mind on which phone I liked best. Service was speedy and Id highly recommend this location to anyone who needs the help! Theyre great

Tonya is amazing. She is always extremely pleasant. She knows her stuff. She is always trying to help you maximize your mobile service to best fit you. My nephew bought a brand new iPhone that licked itself. Tonya figured out how and why it did it, even though apple customer service couldnt. I go to Tonya for everything I need and you should too.

They always greet me when I come in. I was just planning on looking around and buying a screen protector. But thanks to Mimi, I got a the perfect one. I also got a new mobile charger, which was something I was looking for. The customer service was so great that my boyfriend, who has Verizon, is seriously considering switching to T-Mobile.

Nope...I will not be back. I dont recommend this one. Staff seem disinterested in helping customers. Actually the employees I encountered seemed quite lethargic. Half answers, I dunnos, and a general feeling of customers bother them. See my positive review of T-Mobile in Norfolk. THATS how you get happy repeat customers.

I came here to get a SIM card and new service activated. Despite being quite busy at the time, I managed to get in and out within half an hour. They were quite accommodating and only minimally tried up-selling their devices.
