We ordered a washer and dryer from Boyles because we have heard nothing but good things about this local Ogden company. The service in the store was great, very efficient, and they were accommodating for our requests. We were especially excited for the delivery and installation but we were sorely disappointed when they dropped off our appliances in a hurry and did not help with any of the setup. They told us they could not assist with setting up the gas dryer but did not offer any other resources...and why didnt they bring someone that was licensed to help with the gas setup? They also seemed a little annoyed and in such a hurry. We were also told they would call 30 min before and they never called. Not sure we would order from them again as we were very disappointed with the delivery service. Furthermore, I called today to discuss our negative experience and they apologized and were polite but offered no consolation. They also offered no assistance with setting up the gas dryer but said we would have to pay $80+ for someone to come install. We will not be working with Boyles again.

Im a little disappointed in the Sales Pitch that was given to My Daughter and Son-in-Law. They bought a New Washer and Dryer along with a New Dishwasher for there New House they purchased and the Sales Pitch that was given to them indicated that they do what other Big Stores cannot do. I myself Bought them a New Stove to go along with the other items that they had purchased as a House Warming Gift taking the Sales up past 2500.00 for all 4 Appliances. When everything was delivered they then told my Daughter that Oh we dont hook up Dishwashers that will cost you an additional 120.00 Dollars. I sure wish I knew what happen to Customer Service. It seems like it doesnt exist anymore. Especially when you pay that kind of Money for 4 New Appliances. Just a little disappointed Boyles. I wont give the name of the Sales Person after she reads this she will know who Im talking about. Anyone looking to purchase items here make sure you get everything in writing. Cross the "T" and Dot the "I"

Brutally Honest

This place used to be great, but unfortunately has gone WAY down hill in customer satisfaction. They think since they have been in business for so long that they are invincible & it shows. All they care about is making the sale & once its finalized they no longer care about you or any problems the BRAND NEW appliance may have. Steve Boyle is very arrogant & extremely rude. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. The appliance is 3 months old & I have been trying to communicate with your business. You just give me the run around saying that I need to have 3 claims on the appliance before anything can be done. Well, Ive had it serviced 3 times in 3 months(apparently I need a written report from each repair man) and then Steve basically tells to me "too bad so sad."

Boyles is the best place to get your appliances. We have a very tight spot to fit a fridge in our house. After shopping around to many places explaining our situation and having sales people just wanting to sell not help, we heard about Boyles. Lynda was great and helped us find something that would work. When they delivered the new fridge, it was just barely to big...wouldnt work. No problem. They took it back. I went back to Boyles that afternoon and they helped me find a new fridge that would definately fit...but it was costly. They worked with me and gave me a great price on the new one and delivered it THE SAME DAY. Deliver guys were quick, friendly and efficient. Will definately recommend Boyle Appliance Center for your next purchase. I will be a repeat customer.

I purchased an entire homes worth of appliances and mattresses July of 2016. The prices of everything was literally thousands of dollars less than anywhere else compared. As an example the refrigerator we purchased was $1800 and the exact same model was on sales at Home Depot for $3200. Its now 1 year later and i just processed my first warranty repair through them (ice maker on LG fridge is a little leaky). Great service before, during, and after purchase. I highly recommend Boyle.

We bought 3 appliances from Boyles. We were supposed to get a rebate, but Boyles submitted the date wrong and the rebate was denied. When we called and talked to Boyles they said that they would have someone get back to us and we never heard back. We bought the appliance there at that time because of the rebate. We felt that they didnt want to fix their mistake.

Moving into a new house and needed a fridge, the salesman was very knowledgeable, down to the dimensions of the fridge by heart. I told him my budget and he directed me to a fridge of the brand I had asked for. They worked with me where I went in first thing in the morning, and they delivered that afternoon. Sure have loved working with them especially Steve, our fridge bit the dust on a Saturday night they got us a wonderful deal on a floor model and made room to deliver and set up for us Monday morning even though there werent any openings for a week they understood our situation and made sure we were taken care of!
