Was sexually harassed by the store manager at this location. Now i just simply dont shop there anymore because of how uncomfortable he made me feel. I Tried to call corporate and inform them of the disgusting things that go on at this location, well as it turns out I was ignored and not taken seriously. As a person who lives every day with a chronic lifelong disability this was not expected when popping into my local neighborhood goodwill store. As I remember the woman who managed the place before was very friendly and her employees always went above and beyond to help and be welcoming towards customers even ones who suffer with a disability. Avoid this location and their store manager like the plague. He is a predator who preys on those who appear as weak to him.

Their prices are too high, especially for items that are used. We shop at these places because most of us dont have the kind of money to buy new things at the mall or other stores. So, we decided to settle and buy clothes and/or house items at Goodwill, but in this store I have seen a lot of items at the same price or higher price than regular stores. Is really ridiculous. Gooodwill Boutique Remember, Your Items Are USED!

Someone wrote that there was a rude employee. I have never met one in this store. They are helpful and fun. The reviewer also said the store was under construction and really crowded. It is still under construction, but I have also noticed that there are more people there. I look forward to the completion of the construction, but I will still go once or twice each week. And always round up.

HUGE selection. Very very friendly service, they recognize me and say hello every time Im in. It seems to have a lot of Target surplus among antiques which I love. Great place for people who love to do digging. Prices are reasonable, but I always go on Sunday for half-price items. A lot of other people seem to like it too because its usually fairly busy while Im there.

I dont know who handles the pricing, but identical items with a $4 price descrepancy, $20 for used shoes I dont think so. Asked employees for a price adjustment and they were completely rude and more concerned with socializing than helping customers. Wont be back.

Ive gone here 6 months ago and loved it! Came back two weeks ago and its terrible. Theres literally 5 racks of clothes. They have nothing. Before it was packed with stuff and was great to go to now its terrible. Id rather go to the Wethersfield goodwill.

This store has been nicely redecorated since I was last inside several years ago. There is a housewares department, books as well as clothing and the random piece of furniture.

Had a very rude employee working there. The store is currently under construction and very hard to get around in. The store is also very crowded and disorganized.

Clean, friendly staff, clothing sizes are not in the proper place as marked. That was a true frustration.
