Lets talk Tara! Drive a forty min drive to get her over the top service. Tara helps me with everything to do with customer service and goes above and beyond! I have no computer skills prior to meeting Tara anything to do with the phone caused me anxiety. Shes relaxed professional always remembers me and makes me feel like a valued customer at your location. I have actually given her my account numbers, I have been hospitalized over the years and she can take of any billing or concerns that I have right over the phone. Tara is like a daughter that I never had. I hope Sprint knows how she goes over the moon for your company. Always smiling and lovely! Refreshing to see!! Happy Sprint customer Linda Donn

Awful experience. Unprofessional staff. Had a visit on march 22 2017. Personnel member took a phone call and helped customer on a phone while I was waiting in front of her for 10 min. I came first by the way, while she was helping other person. Than she decided to take a phone call. Dont they know that customer present should be served first, than the person on a line. There is customer service for people on a phone. So finally other member asked me if I needed help. And wasnt very helpful either. I had different quote before when I called sprint over the weekend, less than he quoted me. I will never go back. I feel like anyone could answer my question better than they did.

I have been a Sprint customer even prior to the name being Sprint. I have been coming to the Glastonbury store for my phones and service!. All my visits have been good experiences, Your Manger Tara is very experienced and so helpful. Sprint should hire more employees Like her. I did go to a different sprint center and had bad experience and didnt get anywhere the service I do in Glastonbury. The only Sprint center I will go to if I am in Connecticut is in Glastonbury.

Tara and Ashleigh are very friendly and helpful. I won’t go to another store. Tara got me out of a jam when my old phone broke and Ashleigh went out of her way to let me know about my upgrade and sold me a new phone with an awesome promotion. They even helped me select a better plan to save me money.

Avoid this place...it is not a Sprint shop. No affiliation with sprint whatsoever, according to manager...Independent liscence to sell sprint products...no inventory, unable to order in advance but willing to pretend to do so.

I went to this store to switch carrier, mind you i have three lines I was going to switch over and Tara was the most sour puss face . The way she welcome me and son Is like we are not welcome there. Will keep my Verizon .
