I have a total of 7 lines on my Verizon account. My goal was to add 2 more lines, but I was dreading thinking about all of the confusion that would come with it. That is until I met Tommy Fisher at the Somers, CT location tonight. I was seriously impressed with this young man. He was able to answer all of my complex questions easily, and in a language that I could understand. I cant tell you how important that is to me. So many sales people today constantly assert their technical prowess by throwing around words and phrases that only get customers like me frustrated and confused. Tommy, on the other hand, was patient, listened to all I had to ask or say, then responded to me in a professional yet relatable manner. Russell Cellular/Verizon is a better team because he is on it. Thank you!

HORRIBLE Experience. ZERO Customer service. Waited over 45 minutes and was barely even acknowledged. The store wasnt even busy. Only one other customer The one slow and lazy employee didnt even bother to inquire why I was there while the other customer took 15 minutes to pick out a phone case. He then proceeded to chat with the customer about high school even when the transaction was done. He showed no sense or urgency or concern about my time. When I stated that I was leaving, he simply said "fine, whatever, Im just doing my job". Not "Im sorry, Ill be right with you" or anything like that.

Do not waste your time. The one person in the store has to call for help for every transaction. Also, I purchased a Bluetooth here and its in a foreign language and there are no instructions on how to change it to English. I brought it back to the store and they wont let me return it. What am I supposed to do with a Bluetooth that doesnt speak English??

Extremely helpful staff. I was having an issue with my phone and they were able to help me out and get me into a new phone. They turned my dreadful phone dilemma into an outstanding in-store experience. Barbara was very professional and courteous and stayed well beyond closing to help me out.

Great service here,very friendly staff, knows how to fix your problem and love they are conviently in town.Also as a plus dunkin donuts is next door and Subway. If you have to wait why not a coffee and lunch!
