Always a line, and a wait, considering they never have more than one register open. Even if you want to run in and out and know what you want, youll be spending more time in line than you did grabbing your items. Sometimes I make a trip here to grab some things only to find that the particular item I wanted to come in here to grab is either sold out or no longer stocked. The only convenience is that the store is very close to me.

They need to gut it out and start over; merchandise and staff. Staff appears angry/miserable all the time. Dont expect a welcome at the door or smile. Ive worked in retail and customer service begins right when that customer steps into the store.

Customer service classes are need to almost all of the employees. Except for the gentlemen who are always packing out the store. The female manager will be loud at people who are just trying to do their job.
