We have four cats, and ever since moving to Williamsport weve bought nearly all our pet supplies from PetSmart! Good prices on staples such as litter and Meow Mix. They also carry specialty Science Diet brand cat food, which provides extra nutrition for our elderly kitty with medical issues. This location has a vast selection of cat toys and activities, ranging from small jingle balls & catnip mice to multi-level condos & scratching posts (although the larger items can be somewhat pricey). Petsmart also carries a wide variety of cat treats (brands, flavors, package sizes) which is very convenient for multiple kitties with different taste preferences. And of course, basic supplies like collars, dishes, beds, litter boxes, flea meds, catnip, etc. You can also shop online or check your local stores inventory thru the PetSmart website. We even found an all-natural herbal remedy for feline anxiety here! (a couple years ago, when stress was causing our long-haired kitty to pull out her own fur) and were pleasantly surprised by how much it helped her calm down (the product name was actually "Calm Down" in case anyone is interested)! I also personally recommend the Natures Miracle brand of cleaning products (sprays, detergents, etc) which are designed specifically for removing pet odors and work incredibly well. PetSmart also has a Rewards program for frequent shoppers, which provides additional discounts and coupons! Not sure about other animals, but when it comes to cat supplies, they seem to have everything covered!!!!

I was shopping at this Petsmart with my mother and father (after driving an hour to the store), looking for fish. My father was unsure of the fish he wanted so an associate named Caitlyn approached us. She was very helpful and insightful. Caitlyn told us which fish were the best partners with the fish we already had. She also told us that a few of the fish that Petsmart was selling were schooling fish and were best in 3 or more. The store at the time only had two which aggravated my dad. Caitlyn kept calm and suggested other options and in the end we got 5 fantastic fish to our 55gal tank. Very colorful fish that fit perfect! Go to this PetSmart and get Caitlyns help! Also had a great selection of products overall.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Wide range of product section. On a previous visit I asked if they had dental products for cats. The employee seemed surprised but replied, "We do!" She walked me directly to where the feline dental products were and gave me an introduction to them. Then she said, "Ill let you think over everything and make your selection." There was no high pressure sales, nor preference for one brand over another. I had also asked this particular PetSmart to stock larger bags of the cat food I feed my kitties. Next trip, they had expanded the entire product line of my brand. They care for not only the pet, but the pet owner making sure they are doing their best!

They are the BEST! We love the puppy book and because my dog is still a puppy they still honor the coupons that are past expired. Always have great sales on premium brand foods, bones, and many other things. The salon does a fantastic job and overall excellent customer service. Luna and I cant thank you guys enough!

I have always had good service no matter where I go to a Petsmart. PA FL VA GA LA TX AR NC CA OK NB WY CO plus other states I dont remember. The only compliant I have is that no matter I go my little Yorkies end up with more face hair on the right. I always ask if they have a left handed groomer. Haha

Petsmarts grooming department is excellent.. They are friendly & do an amazing job with my dog. Previously my dog would try & run the other way at her grooming appointment, however she loves Petsmart. They turned her bath & nail clipping into a positive experience we both look forward to.

Terrible customer service. Wouldnt sell a fish because they didnt like the way we had our tank set up. Said it would be detrimental to the fish. Yet they have tanks filled with dead fish.

Typical chain pet store extremely small selection of pets and often dont even have any furry critters or birds. Good service though always friendly.

Really small and has much less selection than the Petco in Muncy. I only come here if I need something quickly since its closer to where I live.
