Called ahead of time on Saturday, 4MAR17 and ask if they sell chain hoists. Answer, yes. Do you have any in stock? Yes we have one. What is the price? 114. Ok thanks. I drive to the store. Upon arriving I find a 1 ton chain hoist (opened and broken). It was a return and despite being 100% defective (someone lifted way too much weight and busted the hook right off), they have it on the shelf. Turns out, it was the 84.99 version anyway. Thinking there must be a mistake, I called in after all, I come to find out that this was the beauty that was referenced as "in-stock" and its broken at that. Screw that, thats less than customer service and upon being in the store and asking for the manager, I find out the person who neglected the customer not only on price, condition, and availability was the manger! NOPE! Have fun going out of business. Keep supporting the move to E-commerce with crap service like this. Unbelievable.

The service is somewhat mixed (they are understaffed sometimes), but it is a really cool store. If you want something that a farmer might use, durable and at a good price, or flea control that really works, go here. It is also an interesting store to just walk around in to see what is available different from what you see at wal-mart.

This store has a lot have great stuff for the farm... when they have it in stock. They always seem to be short stock everytime Im there. Staff is terribly undertrained in customer service. Worse than trying to get an answer or help at home depot. Be prepared to be self sufficient should you choose to visit this store.

I love this store for all the things it has for makers and builders. Its intended for people that need farm equipment and its probably the most "country" place in all Leesburg but theyve frequently got that one random thing I need but cant find anywhere else
