this petco is very clean animals are well taken care of. But the employees are very rude no help when it comes to finding items. Or have no clue on dog nutrition. I use to work for a petco and loved everything about it. I was the grooming salon manager, I was looking for a particular item. No one asked me if I needed help. And when I asked for it I felt like I was annoying someone. And when he lead me to the item he said here it is you passed by it three time. I felt embarrassed and said sorry, he walked away. At check out I bought 125 dollars worth of stuff for my animals. My dog had went over to a shelf and picked out his own squeaky toy. He loved squeaky toys so I let him hold it and squeak it. He got it coverd in dog slobber. I took it away and out of his mouth and gave to her to scan. She looked disgusted with me and said can you go get a new one I dont want to touch that. I said it should scan. She then said ewwww gross. This got me horribly mad! You work at a pet store and cant handle dog slobber? I felt this stores employees had no coustomer service skills and were very rude. This is the only petco I have ever had a problem with. Very disappointing. Also when standing in the treats aile over hearing an employee tell a customer

I wanted a coat for my dog and saw a sign on the coat rack that said "25% and more off". They were all marked with list price. I asked the cashier about the price and she said I needed to take it to her to get the price. I took one and it was 25% off. I asked to see some that had more off and she said they were all sold out. I talked to the manager and she said that the sign was authorized and even though they did not have any with more than 25% off she could not change the sign. I reminded her that the sign was misrepresenting and she said she could not change it.

Wow even ur review ect you oh wow. PETCO not just me got couple neighbors... wow i witnessed first hand how they treated my dog!! He only there for his nails!!! I witnessed him shaking (hes 105 lbs) but he was shaking!!! Told mgr awe he went in and sorta held my dog!!! WOW i have never or will i ever go back!!! Cust 7 plus yrs !! Not anymore! I even called cust svc---a bigger joke--that sealed it...

Hate this place. What a waste of great staff! First of all, many people I know HATE that they sell birds, for many reasons. Second, most everything there is WAY cheaper on Amazon or Pet Supplies plus. I bought a cat post for 1/3 the cost of the EXACT same one at Petco. I scan barcodes and compare. Bones and chews are at least 25% -50% more than competitors.

Drove 40 miles for a scheduled grooming appointment. Upon going into PETCO I was told they would have to reschedule sometime in the future because one of their employees called. In sick. PETCO claimed they had tried to contact me but no such evidence on my phones. Absolutely no sympathy or remorse. Instead arrogance!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and pet-friendly store. Nice fish tanks. Good selection of products for dogs, cats, fish, birds, reptiles, and small animals. Worth checking out. I can get crickets for my gecko there and its where I get cat food also.

Horrible customer service. I needed to return a dog kennel and the employee rolled her eyes and told me "they had no where to put it." Ultimately I was allowed to return the product but not after I was made aware of how much of an inconvenience I was.

They always answer my questions or point me in the right direction. Ive never seen Petco dirty and the animals look so well taken care of. I jus hate how the kittys are in such a tight space but I rather see them there than in the oven
