Today I brought my dog Stella in to get groomed, this was our fourth time bringing her to Petsmart for this service, 3 times being at the Webster location including today, and once at the Henrietta location. every other time bringing her she and both my husband and I had great experiences well today when bringing her into the Webster location that wasnt the case. We got a phone call about an hour after dropping her off stating that she was being bad and that there would be an additional cost of 14 dollars on top of what we pay each time to get her groomed which okay I get it took longer than usual and she was having an off day. What upset me was the fact the groomer named Amanda came off very rude and made it out to sound like it was my fault as to why she was being bad and I found it odd that every other time we have been there we had not had an issue. She was short with her comments and her go to words were well I did the best I could. Im sorry but when Im paying 78 dollars to get my poodle groomed you dont make it out to be no big deal that you couldnt do a better job, that is good money being spent on a service! Because of her rude behavior and horrible customer service we will not be going to the Webster location again and they have lost our service there in fact we will now find a local groomer who specializes in grooming poodles and doesnt come off like they dont want to be at their job that day! Not to mention when we got home she has been extra quite and cuddly which makes me wonder even more!

Edited - August 2, 2017 - now that Ive had a chance to get the know the store and its personnel, Ive changed my opinion (from 1 star to 4 stars). The personnel are great - but he prices are still high. Now that Petsmart has purchased Chewy, I certainly hope that Chewys prices do not follow Petsmarts pricing. From February 2017 - Prices are high compared to other local competitors. Signed up for a training class, but needed to cancel due to our schedule - was given run around in our attempt to cancel. Customer service is less important than the sale, therefore, its imperative to write a negative review. If their policies and sale over customer service changes, I will adjust my review.

We only come here for dog food and dog haircuts. They do a horrible time every time we go. We always ask for a short trim and then they give him back with hair so short he doesnt even look the same. His hair is uneven, and always comes back sad and a lot of the time he gets rashes on his back end which results in us having to go to the vet.

I arrived at 8:25 for my dogs 9am Grooming Appointment. I was told "I couldnt leave the dog until the assigned Groomer arrived!!! The "assigned" Groomer arrived at 8:59.and put my dog in a cage. And, said: "The Dog will be ready in about 4 hours. What is wrong with this picture??? WHY COULDNT THE DOG HAVE BEEN CAGED AT 8:25???

Misha is the best cat groomer EVER! Took my long haired Maine coon in for some work. She was matted and dirty. She is not very "into" baths. Misha washed, combed, trimmed, clipped and shaved (with my permission) her into a pretty kitty again. No small feat! I highly recommend her. A good cat groomer is hard to find.

Go there for fish and they have a pretty good selection for a general pet store that isnt specialised to one type of pet. Have good selction of fish products as well as dog and cat and the employees are very friendly.

Very nice staff. Helpful, knowledgeable. Great treats and dog food assortments. Love the toys. Prices do significally differ than Petco. Petsmart being a bit higher. I use both places. Reputable and engaged.

Kirsten has been grooming my dog Sam for years, she is excellent. I never have to tell her what to do, she always remembers. My Sammy just loves her, she is the best. She is at the Webster location.

Good store with decent prices. Some times it can be a little hard to find exactly what you are looking for because of the shier volume of what is there.

The steps is a little dirty and unorganized sometimes (Usually as they are unloading a shipment) . But everyone is friendly and helpful!

This store is in a nice location and has a large variety of merchandise to choose from. They clean pets and also do training here.
