Wow... too bad there is not a negative 5 star button!! where to begin..? well i Saw an ad posted on craigslist for a 04 dodge Durango( one of my favorite cars) so i got extremely excited to go take a look at it. i got there about 6:30pm and they were closed which online it said 7pm.. so this was the first strike. so im like ok whatever... i go the next day around 11am and they are thankfully open i talk with a guy about it he says oh sorry it still needs to be detail and i cant drive it because the detail guy has the key.. strike 2 crazy thing is as i was driving away i saw the detailing guy cleaning another vehicle, but i thought what the hell whats one more day. so the i go back the next day at about 11am to check on it and the detail guy stated me about 45 more mins. i was like cool ill be back around 4:30pm with my dad he wants to check it out too... i get there about 5pm or so just to find out a semi hit the power lines( which i can vouch for because i went to the McDonalds next door to get fries and they said they couldnt due to no power but they claimed they couldnt get the garage door open..????? tell me this does not sounds extremely sketchy( most garage doors can open manually right) anyway i was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt because i really like this type of vehicle and i wanted to see how it drove. so the final day rolls around and i got once again to view the car. and sure enough there was another issue. apparently someone drove it and felt the alignment was off so it was up the street being fixed ????? so one of the sale man got into my car and we had to drive over there to see it he says ok ill run in an pay. comes out about 10 mins later and says it will be about 45 more mins. This is when i about lost it. i went in to the guy said give me my deposit back Im done!!! bottom line is do not bother with these guys clearly there is something very going on with them feel free to contact me about this. Save your self the hassle. Way better used car dealerships out there

Worst Experience!!!!!!! They had two BMWs that I liked with reasonable price. I went there to have a look at it and test drive it. There was only one salesperson who didnt know any English and didnt know anything about the car. All the answers were "I dont know". Well he brought the key for the first one and we were ready for the test drive. He said that he will bring the number plate. When he returned, he said that the car was sold already. Well we decide to test drive the other one which was more expensive. We sat on the car again all ready to test drive. Again he came back and said that we cant test drive because his boss told him to. I asked him if we can talk with his boss . Well his boss shows up and say that that car is almost sold as well and they dont have resources to do the test drive. He told me that the car which we came for in the first place was for sell. He told me that, "we got to trust him. He doesnt sell car to those who dont trust him. The car runs great and I wont have any problem with it and as soon as I get the money I can drive it anywhere I want". We told him that without test drive how can we know that we would like the car. But the guy just kept saying to trust him. We ended up in big argument and left the place disappointed and angry. So, in short, just dont go to this dealer no matter what!!!! They are full of lies, worst costumer service I have ever seen, and for some reason all the cars u want in their lot is already sold or is just about to get sold. And ya you get ur money first if you want to buy here otherwise you wont be able to test drive.

If there was a way to rate this a negative 0 I would totally do it!!! NEVER A GA IN WILL I BUY A VEHICLE OR RECOMMEND THIS "BUSINESS." I went in because I had seen the vehicle online and wanted to test drive it. We waited for 20 minutes for a sales associate. We wanted to drive the vehicle on the highway but were told we couldnt. The sales associate came with us the test drive. Gave us information on the vehicle and assured us that the vehicle had been serviced and that everything was working. We filled out the application to lease the vehicle and we had said we had a down payment. We left home and the sale associate called us every hour saying that if we didnt go for the vehicle that they were going to sell it to someone else. I told them to go right ahead. A few days later i went in did all the paperwork and drove off with the vehicle. Not long after having the vehicle it started making a strange noise. Took the vehicle in to the dealership where they gave 3 full pages of everything that was wrong with the vehicle. Which included .... transmission radiator brakes/rotors oil(had never been changed) Engine flush A/C (worked during the test drive ) 4 wheel drive and more. We were advice that it would probably be more convenient to buy another vehicle. And to write a letter to the BBB ( BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU) it is very unfortunate that places like these call themselves "buisnesses" dont buy vehicles from this places find a places that has reviews and possible warranties that are worth spending your money on. Long story short:: DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM RIDE AUTO SALES

I heard of Ride Auto Sales and Finance through someone in the local community. While waiting for an oil change at the VW Dealership I got talking to another customer who was waiting for their wifes car to be scoped out for recent VW recall. I expressed how frustrated I was having to pay the VW dealership so much out of my wallet just have to my car maintained, serviced and repaired. The person I met told me that I should consider another shop called Ride Auto Sales and Finance in Burnsville. I went online to learn more about the company and to see the reviews to confirm what he said. I saw loads of positive reviews and got confirmation that this is the place I need to bring my vehicle to. Five months later, my car broke down and had to be towed. I knew that Ride AS&F was the place I needed to send my car to. I decided to try my luck with their shop and I must admit I am very pleased. I still have not had to purchase a vehicle from them, but having had my vehicle repaired at reasonable rate makes me very happy. I am definitely going to use their services again. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. One man stood out. If I remember correctly his name is Arash. I cant remember if he is in sales, service or is a finance manager, but from what I remember he was so incredibly knowledgeable polite and patient with me. I would love to work with him when searching for my next ride. I love mom and pop shops. Those larger commercial dealerships are a waste of money. I highly recommend this company. Cynthia
