6 months ago I wrote a 5 star review for Never Say No Auto. After dealing with so many issues, I am now giving the place a 1 star rating. Here is a rundown of all of our issues from last November-present: We found some issues with the Tahoe the day we test drove it. We brought the issues to Gregs attention, and he proceeded to tell us that he would have everything fixed by the time we came back to pick it up (I was very pleased with how he responded.) We picked the Tahoe up around the first week of December. We worked out of Kansas City, so I drove the Tahoe straight to Kansas City. Immediately I noticed a few things we asked to be fixed was not even touched (which was technically my fault for not looking.) The same night I drove to KC, I noticed the high beams werent working, and when I went slow through a parking lot there was a weird noise coming from the front end. We contacted Greg about the problems we were having and he directed us to Brian. We then started having problems starting the Tahoe. We figured it was electrical, because everything electrical would just go crazy when we tried to start it. Our mechanic friend fixed the headlights for us (the wire was cut in half.) We brought the Tahoe to Springfield to get the problem fixed, then they brought it to Muffler City. It was there for 2 weeks, and they told us it was the main wiring harness. When I asked about the noise in the front end, we were told no one could hear the noise, and they looked all through the front end and found no problems. They did however fix the smaller issus that was brought up in November. We went and picked up the Tahoe. I got 5 miles down the road, and broke down. Oil pressure dropped to 0, and alarms went off saying to shut off the vehicle. We called Brian and he told us to drive straight to Muffler City. When we got there, we told the mechanics the issue, and also asked if they would put on the windshield washer reservoir that Never Say No Auto ordered for us. They started laughing and told us how busy they were, but would try to get someone to work on it. They replaced the oil sending unit. When we picked the Tahoe up, we asked if they also put on the reservoir, and the mechanic started cussing at us. I told the mechanic that we would get it fixed, and asked for the invoices on the Tahoe for my records. He said to me, "I dont f**king have it, ask Never Say No Auto for that." I said, "Can you not just print it off real quick?" He rolled his eyes and printed the invoices, tossed them on the counter, and we left. We made it back to Arkansas, but I kept hearing the noise in the front end. Then we were having starting problems again. We were in Mississippi at the time working and took it to a small Chevy dealership. It sat there for another 2 weeks. They replaced the battery cables. Seemed like that issue was finally fixed! They didnt fix the front end noise, they too claimed they didnt hear it. It was getting louder over time. My husband took everything apart, and found the brake pads had a lot of chunks taken out of it. We replaced the brakes ourselves, and the noise went away. Which made me curious as to how 2 mechanic shops over a 4 week time span did not check the brakes, even though they said they looked at everything in the front. We still have problems with it. The oil pressure constantly fluctuates and will drop to 0, alarms go off saying to shut the vehicle off. We are still having starting issues. Most of the time it takes us up to 30 minutes to get it started, so if we have to go into town we leave it started everywhere we go. The battery is in the wrong spot, and there is missing fuses and relays (theres no relay in the spot for the fuel pump). Theres a horrible leak somewhere. Everytime it rains the floors are soaked. Since we picked it up in December up until now, we have had nothing but problems after problems. I fully understand when you buy a used vehicle you wont get perfection, but I didnt expect to buy a $20,000 ($36,000 with interest) vehicle and be broken down more than it has been driven.

I had the best experience purchasing my Mustang from Never Say No Auto. I spoke with Mark from the very beginning when I first called regarding a Mustang. Mark went above and beyond in helping me find a Mustang for me. Every time I had a question I would call Mark and he always answered all of my questions. He made sure I was informed of everything regarding my car, including the mechanical inspection it went thru....the entire process. They do everything they can to help get a person into the vehicle they want. They understand that purchasing a vehicle can cause anxiety and be a stressful situation for someone and they also do everything possible to take that stress off of the buyer. They are so friendly and they are not pushy at all. They know their cars front and back and are extremely knowledgeable. The finance department is exceptional. They make absolute sure you get the car you really want but that you can also afford the vehicle. They explain everything to you and if you still dont understand, theyll patiently explain to you until you do understand. The experience doesnt end when you drive your vehicle off of the lot. They want you to know if you have any issues at all, to call them. They appreciate all of their customers and they make it a point to let them know. They are with you every step of the way. They are good, honest and reliable people. They treat you more like family from the moment you step foot onto their lot. I have read many good reviews of Never Say No Auto and I trust them. They sell newer models of vehicles with lower miles. They cant please everyone, but they do try. They have a really nice selection of cars, SUVs and trucks. I will be a customer for life. I like how knowledgeable they all are, that they are not pushy and they dont try and sell you a vehicle you dont want. They want you to have the vehicle that you truly do want. I rate them 10/10

Never say no they didnt say no so I will give them that but they asked for such and outrageous down payment that they should have just said no I would have felt a lot better. This is the killer part I had the amount that they asked for in my pocket why I decided to not go with them was because me and my spouse went to the dealership we test drove a Jeep liberty I believe the salesman and let me state I was the one that was going to be paying the car not basically shut me out of the deal and only spoke with my spouse paid no attention to me and then bad mouthed about me to my spouse because of my credit not understanding that i have student loans and i had been laid off earlier and had just started back working and attempting to pay off the bills unemployment did not over at that time. I would never ever go to them even when i am done clearing my credit up an getting my score back to where it was i wouldnt deal with them. The name is Natasha just in case you come back and say we dont have any information on file for you. Yea you do.
