Name Natasha I went here maybe 2 months ago smh first off the guy behind the counter would barely move to do anything but sit on the phone and speak ill of customers, it was very unprofessional. The cars wouldnt start they had to jump start the ones we test drove and then the man barely even paid attention to us while we were there not knowing we had over 5000 for a down payment but I told him we only had 500 to see how he would respond would he work harder or play us off because it wasnt the amount he wanted to start with and he did exactly what I expected he allowed his attitude and lack of professionalism to not land a deal instead he chose to deal with another woman who had 2000 in her pocket and a funky attitude but this is the person he chose to put his effort into. I wonder if he ever got that sale because I know he didnt get one from me nor will they ever. The one thing I will never tolerate is rude people getting my hard earned money.

I came to Auto by Rent in November of Last Year and i was needing a vehicle as soon as possible given Me and My Wife Live in Ozark and I drive to Branson each day for work (50 Mile round trip) while its not a bad drive the 99 Red Grand Am I had wasnt in to good of shape but made the trip each day. I decided we needed a new more reliable Car and so Sean helped me out in more ways than One. He got me a sweet deal on a 2007 Ford Focus with 112,000 miles on it with amazing payments. Plus we didnt have to pay sales tax or tag fees so that helped alot. I only have 15 more months of payments and when This car is paid off we may get another vehicle from Sean so we have a 2nd reliable car. Sean and Auto By Rent have been amazing to me and I Recommend them 100%.

Sean has been very helpful, understanding and patient with me. Ive had things come up were I couldnt make my payment. Even though I couldnt drive my car he wanted to make sure that I was keeping my insurance up to date. Payments with my insurance came first before making my car payment. I would definitely recommend sending friends and family to buy a car from him.
