A bought a 159 Hglass water pipe there i broke the stem. Went back they sold me stem that was to Big with the promise of exchanging if it did not fit. It was to Big did not fit. I go black and the punk behind the counter tells me due to the nature of the product we dont do exchanges or refunds. So my cash down the drain after being a good customer for a year now. I left the stem and receipt with the punk that lied its back in there inventory brand new neve used. Even though due to the nature of the product they cant return it. What a f##@ing joke

Puffs is hands down one of the best vape/ smoke shops in the area, they have three locations in Melbourne area and are very friendly. They even call the others 2 stores to acquire a location for anything they didnt have in the store you are in.( I only add this because they carry different Shisha for hookah pipes at each store)
