The owner, Debbie may seem nice when you first meet her but trust me, she is a crook! She claims to sell local glass but she imports it from China. After asking around, I learned she has had 4 failed marriages and 3 failed businesses. I guess she gets as much merchandise and services as she can from her vendors, then closes the business and opens a new one with the profit she stole. BTW, I read her other reviews, and I can assure you, this is not her ex-husband! I would def not buy anything from this joker! Want some proof? The owners name is Debbie Johnson and look at the great review that she posted for herself! She is trying to decieve you with her self review! Debbie Johnson 2 years ago- This shop has everything your looking for. The lady that owns it treats you like a friend. They have the cheapest prices and a good selection. They also have a 420 happy hour everyday. You can get 20% off. Its even got ALL kinds of natural herbal products. If your looking for a different kind a gift, this is the place. ENOUGH SAID!!!!!

A few months back I bought a vaporizer and it didnt work as soon as I plugged it in at home. I called the shop asking for a replacement but I was told I would have to wait till new ones came in, and my money could not be replaced. After multiple attempts I finally was told they would be in 3 weeks later. When I went to pick it up it was a cheaper model, but the owner could have cared less. In the end I received a vaporizer that broke only a few weeks later but I never wanted to step foot in this business again. It seemed evident that the owner does not care much about customer satisfaction. I wish I would have read these reviews before going to the shop. I can assure you that this is a real post, and one unhappy customer. :( Edit: Im not sure how the owner is consfused, but I was speaking about her, a female; as well as her daughter working for her. To clarify my post, I bought a portable vaporizer. The owner clearly has other bad reviews and tries to justify everyones review with an amazing excuse.

Absolutely a waste of time bought a over priced 710penvape and got it home, dident function properly(Battery would not hold a charge).Go back to store and ask for Refund immediately the lady said we dont sell that here.As I give her the receipt and point to the other 710 pen vape on the shelf.She asked me what was wrong I told her.SHE said we dont do refunds and pointed at a tiny sign ,I can give you an exchange.I said ok for the amount ,i start looking and she ask me if i used it and said i did but one pull and the battery was dead.proceeded to tell me that she cant take it and shes not walmart and now will not admit me a exchange.After asking why she threatened to call the POLICE.I left very calmly So dont waste your time.They might call the POLICE ON YOU. lady was insane.Stay away. (ADDITION TO THE RESPONSE NOTHING ILLEGAL WAS DONE WITH PRODUCT NOR WAS THE INTENTION) The lady is insane like I said.

I am a local business who they had contacted in order to receive a proposal. I met them personally and the owner (Gregs wife) is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I am a professional firm who operates in a professional manner and do not appreciate being talked down to by an uneducated rude person. If they contact your company, RUN FOR THE DOOR, as it will be a waste of effort and time. I regret investing even a second of your time into working with them . I can understand if you use another company however I do not understand the rationale behind treating another member of the community that way. HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!

I bought an overpriced glass piece from these clowns. The woman, Debbie, was wrapping it up and dropped it. She told me the piece was fine but when I got it home, I noticed it was cracked. I tried to return it and was told they dont accept returns for items that were used. I told here that I didnt use the piece and that she was the one that broke it. I demanded my $700 back and she told me she would call the police if I didnt leave. She said she was sure I had something illegal on me and she knew I didnt want any trouble with the police. On my way out the door, she laughed and called me a chump. DONT SHOP HERE!

Favorite head shop around. Friendly staff who greet you with a smile, quality glass artwork, wide and colorful selection of any accessory for those with an alternative lifestyle. These are all things you can expect to find when you enter Hammerheads by the Sea. I shop there almost daily and have never had any issues or complaints and its always a pleasure doing business. The daily discount, and holiday sales are definitely something to take advantage of. I really recommend that you make your next purchase here, if youre considering. Take it from a local, these guys are the best around!

My boyfriend or I come in every week to get our Kratom. Debbie, the owner, is always happy to greet us and is always very helpful. We recieve awesome prices on Kratom and you cant find the quality for this price anywhere. She has awesome, unique, glass pieces as well. In my opinion this is the best headshop in the Melbourne/Satelite Beach/Indian Harbor Beach area. Its obvious that the negative reviews left on this place were made by people who have cruel intentions, because Ive never ever had a bad experience and will continue to come every week!

Great glass selection. Not as many high end pieces as say Alternative connections but for 80% of customers this will not be an issue. A lot of odds and ends for homes or apartments. Superb kratom selection with pretty good deals on bulk. Their kratom is the best Ive bought from a physical location multiple reds, whites, greens and yellows. Fine powder, high quality. Great owner, nice dog and cute daughter as well.

The staff is always very nice, I go in there frequently for their powdered kratom and they by far have the best selection and price compared to a few other local shops Ive stopped in to. Beautiful new location :) I cant give a helpful review of the e cig and tobacco products as I dont use them. However, they also are a gift shop and have some pretty neat stuff in there.

What a bunch of d*cks! Whoever the lady is that runs this place, she is totally rude, and short with everyone. There are at least three other shops that sell the same stuff. Avoid this place like AIDS!! What a joke!!
