Tonight I came in to buy a new vape set and I have to say I have NEVER experinced such a rude employee and horrible customer service. I came in at 8:30pm on Friday the 7th of August, when I walked in the young lady of Hispanic decent was to busy talking to her friends from papa johns and about her free cookie. I stood for a good 5 min after she made eye contact with me and I had to ask if I could get help in choosing a new system. When I asked she rudely said "Ill be with you in a second", I continued to patiently wait until another employee who was new was directed by the rude woman to come help me. The new woman was nice and I asked her on prices of different sets and she placed them on the counter. I not knowing as I hadent been told pressed the button on one of them and blew into it to see if it worked. I was about to spend a good $150-$200 until the rude girl finally decided to attend to myself and the new employee and asked if the coil got burned out. I was honest and said "I did push the button on this one" and she rudely cut me off and said "you owe me $4.99!". I was honestly taken aback by this and said "okay, but I wasent told that I couldnt press the button and maybe if she watched and trained properly that this wouldnt of happened" she again said "you OWE me $4.99!" I went into my pocket and put $5.00 on the counter with her saying "you dont have to throw it at me!" ... Which I didnt. At this point I decided to take my $150-$200 elesewhere as this young woman was the worst I have felt with in retail in my whole life. If I managed (which I have in the past) or was the owner of this establishment Id fire her in a heartbeat! Do NOT go here unless you want to be treated like your not important and in a very offensive and rude manner. I will defiantly be telling all in miami about my experience tonight.

Hands down the best smoke shop I have ever been to. I am consistently blown away with their selection, prices, and expertise. From hand pieces to bubblers, to the most intricate water pipes, I know I am in good hands at vape n smoke shop. There is honestly no reason to go to another smoke shop. The service is unmatched and the selection is mind boggling, with prices thatll put a smile on your face. I love this shop. I have taken about two dozen people to this place in the past year, and every time we leave I am sincerely thanked by the people I bring there for taking them to the best place they couldve imagined; I have never left without feeling I was in good hands. Brickell/Vape and smoke shop, I hope youre around for a long time, because Im not going to give my money to another shop. If there is anything you should get out of this review its this... Go inside if youre driving by, in the area, looking for a new piece, or are just bored... You will NOT be disappointed.

the staff is great, really friendly and helpful..... with that said, their prices are a rip-off, I have made a few purchases there, but continually go less and less, the last time i was there they were selling the innokin Itaste mvp for $120.00, if you go north on biscayne you can get it for $50, or you can order it online for 38.00 plus shipping, I bought an over priced bong there once that was suppose to be coloured glass, wasnt, some sort of enamel... point being, I have nothing against the staff or owner, they are great people, but if you are looking for smoking devices and accessories, do some shopping around before you go there, i guarantee youll find the same products for considerably less

I live close to this store and I bought a device to vape 18 days ago, the device works ok the first week now the tank is leaking and they say that they wont take it after 7 days (so basically NO WARRANTY) also I offer to get a better device and pay extra if they couldnt fix it because I think this device is not working properly and that things sometimes happens, they say is working ok. I dont think so then I talk to the manager who told me at the beginning I wont I take back the device and said that she would give me a discount to get another device, I mind this is a 18 days new device

Actually we are tourists in this place,and it was interesting visit this shop,but customer service was awful,the girl look at us ,and to know something we ask million questions,I think she dont want to ask our questions,to make a service
