Like a lot of other reviewers on here are saying- this Home Depot sucks on a few levels. I stopped in to get a key made, some things to do the leaves, and window weatherproofers (the stuff that looks like giant plastic wrap). The key I got made did not work in my door and I ended up taking it back; the second didnt work either. This is a basic house lock, nothing fancy. Not going to waste my time going back again- 3 bucks isnt worth it. The customer service was totally miserable. I asked help to find leaf bags and was told use your eyes. theyre right there by a guy who didnt even bother to stop walking, just pointed and shouted as he walked away. Then I had to ask no less than 4 different people to find the weatherproofing materials; I would think at this time of year this would be a popular item (indeed they were on an end cap- very visible). On my way out I saw a group of workers listening to a radio loudly and conversing- sure whatever the workspace shouldnt be miserably boring but I just thought that was a testament to poor training/ customer care. If you read up on the company- they cut a ton of positions and you can see the result. Dont invest in employees and your company will be lousy, simple as that. Oh and another thing- they have these big brother ish security cameras on any aisle with small items that start beeping and alert you youre being recorded. I guess the place is a target for thieves but for the majority of normal shoppers with a sense of morals, it feels way too accusatory and annoying. Kind of stressful to find your item with a thing beeping at you, and totally killed any desire to just wander the aisles. I kept my lawn care and weatherproofers but took a key to a local place- works like a charm. Will find a more local hardware store for the future, even if I need to pay a bit more.

I contacted Home Depot to have a water heater, furnace, air handler and AC and heating pump installed. Home Depot recommended Accel Heating and Cooling to do the job and maintained that their subcontractors are licensed professionals with great customer service. My experience with Accel was a disaster. Accel personnel were unresponsive to multiple phone and email messages. I complained to the owner of Accel about the lack of responsiveness to my calls and email. The owner of the firm said he would be responsive, but he was not. After the contract was signed, it took more than three months for the installation. Home Depot billed me upon signing the contract even though the installation had not taken place. I would never hire Accel, and I would never go to Home Depot for an installer. If you hire either firm, be prepared to have a horrible experience.

Horrible customer service at appliances. We just purchased our whole kitchen from Home Depot. The oven they delivered did not work. We called them back at this Home Depot store. They (specifically a guy calling himself JJ) refused to take the product back although we have never used it. He insists that we have to go through GE service which will probably take weeks, if not months. His non-nonchalant, "I do not give a crap" attitude was also quite annoying. Left a message for the branch manager and have not heard from him. For now we are stuck with a $600 non-functioning junk in our kitchen. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!!!!! UPDATE!!!!!! The branch manager refuses to return half-dozen messages I have left for him. Apparently he thinks delivering junk to our home makes perfect business sense!!!!

Parking is kind of frustrating because it is dark and cramped in the parking garage, and people seem to think it is okay to just stop right in front of the doors without pulling closer to the curb. There is an upper parking level that I have not tried, but will next time. Inside, the staff are very nice and helpful, which is good because it is a huge store and a little hectic. The checkout area is also a bit cramped compared to other Home Depot stores Ive been too. Prices are reasonable and selection is good. I would like it if they carried cedar wood for my garden projects, but it seems none of the nearby Home Depot stores carry it.

The worst Home Depot location. Ordered entry door & storm door. Still waiting after 2 months and dozens of visits. Online questions get closed without response and the desk at the millwork is either empty or busy. The designer mistook the hinge location and I was told that it was my fault since I signed the agreement. In fact they require you to sign dozens of places for such orders. Finally, they ordered the fix on their dime but still waiting. Hope it gets installed some day.

Why cant the plumbing department get their stuff together? I honestly cannot think of a time when I have been there and had a good experience. Do the managers not go around and check. Oh, they keep it clean and orderly, but they just throw random pieces into differently labeled boxes. I guess thats one way to keep management off your back if you run that department. Keep it "looking" clean, but who cares about the customers that need to find something. Im heading to Lowes.

This is the worst experience at home depot iv ever had, almost every employee I asked for help either walked away from me or told me they dont know anything. Once I got up to the pro services I had to wait 45 minutes to get the checked out just because the supervisor, a big blonde almost balding fat guy was talking to the customers for 45 minutes catching up on things when he could clearly see I had to get to my job and was waiting impatiently. Worst home depot ever

I dont want to say they are nice. One guy try to help me to find silicone sealant for wood and he said I have to correct my pronunciation for WOOD. Why did he point out my pronunciation? I tried to understand, so I asked him again where I can find it. However, he kept pointing it out and he asked me to pronounced it again and again. I just ignored him, but it was very embarrassing experience. I would not go back there again.

Most recent trip was for a sink vanity and faucet replacement. We had to make a few trips for different sizing issues, and every time the staff was extremely helpful. We needed help finding a certain model of a countertop, and the rep helped us look for the product across many aisles for quite a while.

The location is very convenient but the staffs and managers are horrible!!! Especially the return service! My home is only 2 miles away from the store, but I buy things from Home depot of Germantown and College Park or from Lowes. Hope they can improve their service.

Great people are working there. Lots of friends who are in every department. No complains at all. Every time when I shop at this store I feel at home. Very good customer service. Excellent people ready to help you all the time. Thank You

This is a smaller Home Depot, but it has all of the staples. The parking garage is a mess—it can be stressful to navigate in and out of. Pro tip: park on the second level. Its usually empty and parking is easier than on the first level.
