initally, we had a good experience with this store. the salesgirl we dealt with was great. we bought a couch we loved and they delivered it very quickly but there was an issue with some damage that occured during the delivery. they replaced the couch after a couple weeks with a new one but it was the wrong color. we bought a white couch the replacement was in off white. the owner/manager refused to anything about it. We ordered color samples from the manufacturer and took pictures went down to the store. The manager refused to look at them and refused to do anything about it and then kicked us out of the store. Only when we called our CC company and had the money refunded did they finally do anything about it. They delivered the right couch to us but did not say anything about the fact they were wrong or apologized for being rude over the phone and in person and for kicking us out of their store. i would not recommend buying furniture from these people.

I bought a $3000 sofa chair in December and I still dont have it. I asked for at least a discounted price if the delayed item but the store stopped responding to my emails. I will come back here and post my complete experience with the store once I get the chair. Ok now i got it and its beautiful...plus got a little glass set as a sweetener for the delay..

Love window shopping here since its on Ventura Blvd. I finally decided to purchase a sofa & Im in LOVE with it!! Easy, smooth transaction process. Prices may seem high, but its luxury furniture. They have a really nice selection to browse and a captivating showroom. Definitely worth a look!!
