If I could give it a ZERO I would, horrible service, especially in the grooming salon, there is a lady in there that was rude to my wife twice, also I feel like every single time we go to the grooming salon they dont have any regular employees and the new ones they hire are not trained. They only have one register open at anytime and there could be 5 people in line, I wouldve never have guessed why your company was so horrible that it was bought out by a hedge fund firm, this store stinks, stay away and give your business to someone locally.

Do not bring your dog to be groomed here. Horrible service. I picked up my got to find face not cut, front nails not trimmed, and face with dirt still on it. Valentina has no patience with dogs. Second time she has done my dog and not completed grooming blaming my dog for not being cooperative. Im sorry my dog has anxiety and frightens easily. Clearly, being a groomer is not for her. Never had a problem anywhere else, but this location. Poor customer service.

Workers there arent helpful cant even find them in sight. Cashier register light was on but no one there. Wanted to buy something but was not able to pickup today so wanted to pay and pickup next day they didnt put on hold for me. They said they dont put on hold for people yet they had other items on hold. Felt like didnt make sense so I cant have something on hold why does someone else get too so they should allow me too or tell the same to other customers

We have our poodles cut at the grooming salon regularly and are always very satisfied. We request Courtney, would couldnt be any more loving toward our dogs and she always gives them the exact cuts we request. Yes, it can be harried in the grooming salon, but a little patience goes a long way and we have been very pleased with the service there.

recently purchased dog food for my new puppy just this week. opened the bag to find a bag full of maggots and other bugs inside the entire bag. called the store and the sales associate was very rude and proceeded to say she could not do anything because they were closing in 5 minutes. will NEVER purchase anything from this branch again.

Every time I buy a fish from then it dies within a week. DO NOT BUY FISH FROM THEM!!! Trying to cl them, good luck. Cant tell you how long I waited on the phone. Kept getting transferred to one person to the next. Talked to a manager. was given wrong info about the fish I bought in the beginning. Dead as a door nail.

Picked up my dog from the groomer at pet smart his tail wasnt cut and his eye buggers werent clean so I complained and they cut the tail and they cut him under the right eye and he was bleeding never again will bring my dog to pet smart again

I was looking for 2 pet parakeets, so I went in to see that there were like no animals anywhere. They only had 1 parakeet and it was all alone. They also had no hampsters at all! Definitely do not go here if your looking for a pet.

No star tried them three time first time they forgot to do his nail the second time I paid for extra brushing he came out hairier than before third time he still stunk - good groomers must have left

This is one of the two Petsmarts where I take my dog for grooming. Very nice people. They always do a great job. I find the prices here are pretty good for the services provided.
