1 star for the actual store...its a nice store! My 2 sons and I visited Pets Pets Pets because we used to visit their old location on occasion and wanted to know what the new store was like. We visited Saturday March 21st at around 2:00 in the afternoon. My 2 sons and I were warmly greeted and proceeded to look around the store, we were instantly drawn to the African Grey parrot on display as we own a female Grey, I was chatting with the bird and my 14 year old and 12 year old sons were looking at the fish. The gentleman came over and chit chatted again with us for a few minutes about the Grey and I proceeded to look at the Bettas (A wonderful display of them by the way). My 14 year old and I were planning on buying a Betta and some bird food and possibly some dog and ferret supplies (which I asked the gentleman about on the way out of the store, they do not carry ferret supplies). The gentleman then came over to us and proceeded to tell us "can you please hurry it up I have work to do outside" I was stunned, he was basically kicking us out of the store at 2:00 on a Saturday so he could go up on the roof and clean his skylights!!! Rule number 1 of business, you NEVER kick a customer out, even if that customer is only looking....looking leads to buying, which now that we were treated so rudely we will NOT be doing in his store. There are plenty of other pet stores that I would much rather frequent as they do not kick you out of their store after a less than 5 minute visit! I am going to write the owner of Pets Pets Pets and let him/her know how horribly we were treated, there was no excuse for this treatment...we did not even get to see the whole store only the fish, and we were literally only in the store for 5 minutes!

The owner was very knowledgeable about fish and gave an impromptu and informative demo on how to efficiently clean a tank. I had purchased several fish weeks ago, and two more the other day. We talked about what fish I would purchase next, as we built up the population in our tank. He asked me to write a review based on my experience. One of the two more recently purchased fish died within hours. I called the store and the owner offered to test our tank water, but refused to replace the fish. I pointed out that all of our other fish were dong well. He responded that it wasnt his fault that the fish died. I wasnt implying that, just thought hed stand behind his product. He said he doesnt replace fish unless they are also dying at the store. Remarkably, another pet store close by replaced the fish, even knowing that I had not initially purchased it there. Game changer. Wish things had turned out differently with Pets Pets Pets. Sadly, our relationship and the deceased fish ended up taking the same journey.

Incredibly rude. We were regular customers for a couple years, got along with the owner seemingly well. Special ordered a stand for an aquarium. Not cheap. When we went to pick it up in his store, it was visibly damaged in the front. We were surprised he made us make the trip, and not just return it to his distributor himself. He was very upset that we would not take it. Surprising, since it was no money out of his pocket. We figured he just was having a bad day. When we went to pick up the replacement a few weeks later, he was even ruder. Despite being a good customer, all we got were 1 word sentences. "Fine. Good. Whatever." None of this was our fault. No customer deserves such treatment, never mind a regular one.

A friend recently was in there a couple of times and as the other gentleman stated in his review, they were told to be quiet because there was a baby sleeping in the store somewhere, and also accused of trying to "pull one over on him" and being dishonest when discussing a fish that didnt make it 2 days out of the store. The owner was very belligerent to her and obviously lost her business. Very disappointed from a local business. I dont have pets right now but wont go there in the future, thats for sure.

I recently visited this store despite the negative reviews and was very surprised. The store was extremely clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. All prices on supplies and food was significantly cheaper than petco or petsmart. Fish prices were equal to other stores which I find at every store. Selection of fish was good but anything not there I was told could be ordered. This store is very close to my house and I am glad I did not listen to those other bogus reviews !!!!!!!

This is a family run shop, Ive been going to them for over 15 years. Unlike the major pet suppliers the folks here really know their stuff about pet nutrition and health. They take extra care of their birds, fish, and small critters and Ive never had a problem with any of the birds and fish Ive purchased throughout the years. I believe in supporting our local small businesses and actually enjoy the pleasant atmosphere these people have created. I give this store my very honest recommendation.

awesome. All the tanks were beautiful with all fish/snails/shrimp looking very healthy and beautiful. Owner is very nice, more than welcome to give you in-depth advice on taking care of the various pets there, he has so much passion and caring that petco/petsmart and other large chain stores simply do not have. Gave me good advice on taking care of my pets was extremely helpful. Owner has been doing this for many many years, very experienced and helpful.

A lot of all-natural and exotic pet stuff, and its good to support local businesses, but Ill be looking elsewhere. The man Im guessing is the owner was polite at first but then was very rude to my friend all of a sudden. Was thinking of buying something and immediately changed my mind. Id rather pay someone who doesnt threaten people out of the store.

Dont listen to some of these people I had a more than great experience here this man has been doing this stuff for 26 years, and is extremely Knowledgeable on reptiles and spiders fish you name it! He doesnt get his pets shipped to him. He gos out to get them making sure they are handled with care and that he gets healthy animals for you costumers.

Ive been to this store several times to ask fish care questions. Every time the owner has been very courteous and very helpful. He solved my brown algae problem for me in one conversation. A friend recommended this store because all the fish she has bought at Pets Pets Pets have been healthy. I recommend this store as well.

Great family-owned pet shop. Bought two parakeets here and return often for food/supplies. Each time, they ask about the birds and are very helpful. I also drop my birds off here while on vacation for a very reasonable daily charge.
