I live twenty minutes away and have a big box pet store in my neighborhood, but drive to Franklin about every six weeks to buy food and supplies for our dog. They are knowledgeable, patient, have great prices (better than big chains) and special orders are always offered. Would never go anywhere else! They are also a good resource for other pet services in the area.

Everyone is very friendly, if they dont have what you need they offer to order it for you. My German Shepherd Vinnie loves this store and all the treats he receives while we shop. The prices arent bad either, Ive seen some products more expensive at other shops. We love this store, Dickens and Rosie!
