Was there on Saturday for a new front tire on my Harley, I was quoted a 45 minute job, turns out wheel bearings were bad ok no problem, I observed 3 mechanics trying to figure out how to put the front brake caliper back on for 45 minutes, when I asked the service person Dave whats going on he told me they are cleaning the blue of the whitewall he lied to me! Bottom line I was there for 3 1/2 hours and when I arrived home the nut on the valve stem which holds the tube in place was loose, the coustom Harley Davidson valve stem cap is missing, actually there was no valve stem cap at all! Instead of using spoke weight to balance my tire they put these ugly stick on weights on my chrome spooked rim. Very disappointed, I will never go there again, lesson well learned...

Hands down the best motorcycle dealership I have ever dealt with and bar none the best purchasing experience ever. Purchased my first Victory yesterday... the bike speaks for itself, but the attention to detail and customer service John and Greg set puts this dealership in a class above the rest. I bought a used Vegas and not only was the bike ready a day early... they even did a repair at their own expense that they could have easily let me ride off with making it my financial problem down the road. Im a new lifetime customer.

Rollin Fast is the best shop Ive found in the area. Recently purchased a new Polaris Phoenix for my son (9/16). Salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. Had to bring quad back a couple months later as it would not start. Called on a Saturday morning was told I could drop off and possibly get back that day (unheard of). They made the repair (under warranty) and I had the quad back in a matter of hours! I will definitely continue to use them.

Rollin Fast is an outstanding dealership and service provider. Ive had work done on both my Victory Vegas and my Victory Vision and always A+ quality. I tried to save some money and go to a closer dealer for new rear shock on my Vision, the unnamed shop f-ed it up and it rode horribly. I took it to Rollin Fast and they corrected the problems and had me back on the road same day. I highly recommend.

I wanted to purchase a "toy" for my husband but couldnt find anyone to speak with. We drove 1 hour to the store and fell in love with the RoadMaster that was on the floor. I wanted to learn more about the Slingshot but the individuals upstairs did not acknowledge we were even there. Beautiful store. I think we will go elsewhere.

Wow customer service is horrible. I have to chase them to give them my money. They have never called me to let me know my parts were in or were on back order. I call and they always pass the phone around. Ordered the wrong parts on many occasions. Horrible experience never going back there again.

Went there to meet Indian demo truck. Look around the dealer, nice display of bikes, nice lay out. I didnt talk to anyone but was impressed everyone had a hi and smile. When Im ready to buy my Indian I will visit them first.

Great purchase experience all the way. Bike arrived Wednesday. They had it prepped and ready for me to pick up Saturday, even though they were in the middle of a three day demo event. Bike is amazing too!
