First Id like to say, Thanks Al! I bought a saddle bag from these fine folks and during the install I created my own problem without realizing. A few months have gone by and the bag has started to sag because of my poor installation skills. I contacted Legendary Cycles and they got back to me immediately, worked with me to identify the issue and have provided a solution to fix the problem that I created. I couldnt ask for better customer service. Thanks again!!
