We own five Harleys and two houses. Our primary residence is in Princeton and our weekend house in Stillwater. Having visited many dealers, Tramontin is tops. We drive the 50 miles from Princeton whenever we need anything Harley. Service does great work, parts can find anything and the accessories are plentiful. From the store manager, Nancy, to the service manager, Ken, to Paul in parts, Amanda at the service desk, and Jackie and Ashley in accessories, we are always made to feel at home. Let’s not forget Rich “The Screamin Needle” who is there Saturdays to sew on your patches. Our 12 year old son always looks forward to picking out another patch for Rich to sew onto his vest. Whether looking to buy a bike, pick up a T-shirt, get your Harley’s oil changed or just have a cup of coffee with some fine folks, Tramontin is the place!

They are by far the worst Harley dealership I have been too. We drove an hour to get there on a Friday, and we were told they could not help us as the only 2 people available to help were busy. I was asked if we called and made an appointment. I have never had to make an appointment to test drive and buy a motorcycle at any Harley Dealer or any other brand of motorcycle. Save yourself the trouble and go to another Harley dealer. I have gone to other dealers where they were sufficiently staffed and was able to test drive and buy a motorcycle without an appointment. If you do not call and setup and appointment dont even bother going, they will not sell you a motorcycle.

I cant thank the entire staff enough!!! We will never shop anywhere else for a Harley Davidson! They made the buying experience awesome. We have made the mistake of buying elsewhere, that wont happen again. We have found our home for Harley Davidson and it is Tramontin.

Pulled in to service and said I wasnt from the area and I need brakes. Told me to go have lunch and come back. I hour later I had new brakes. They only charged me .5 labor plus pads. They were very easy to deal with.

I have bing going there for years and allways had good service at a fair price. Their technician know what they are doing. The only thing wrong is with this map. The shop is located on the north side of route 80.
