This place is rude to its customers as I seen them act arrogant like they dont need our service. My friend financed a bike from this place and a few weeks later got his bike fixed from here they had his bike for 9 days. Also , they was rude when he was calling inquiring about his bike and now my bike is in the shop I dropped my bike off on Monday 5/22/2017. I called a few hours later to see if they found out what was wrong with it . They service guy( I believe Nick) immediately said to me "are you serious right now.... I havent even touched your bike yet, the bike wont be looked at until Tuesday or Wednesday" so Tuesday I called to see if they worked on or atleast seen what was wrong with it they said "dude I dont have time for your bike , first come first served, I cant get to your bikes until Wednesday Thursday" I then said okay thank you. So today is Thursday 1:57pm I called and they said "I still havent gotten to your bike, Ill probably get to it before the day is over" they are poor with customer service , act as if they dont need my business. Im sure they dont but your customer should never feel like that. Im thinking about calling again soon to see if they began to work on it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Worst place I couldve let work on my bike. I then went up in person to check on the status and ask for a better explaination. They were being a**holes saying "it is what it is , were here now and its nothing I can do". So I just asked for me bike back and left and pushed it up to the Honda dealer just up the road. Way better service , gave me exact time I will know whats going on and actually tried messing with the bike when I first brought it in to them. Hopefully everything is smooth here unlike the other place.

My husband brought his bike in here for service and to replace a rear shock. Well two weeks later he finally got his bike. But it was how the service dept handled this that I cant wrap my head around. He put a deposit for the shock after telling him that the shock will be there a couple days so he got it for a lower cost than retail price. He had to call the service dept to find out that the vendor stopped making the shock and rather than offer a replacement, my husband had to do his own research for a compatible part. How is that service? And all communication was done by my husband calling them, no courtesy updates from the service dept. Two weeks later the bike is finally done. And when he asked if the shock was adjusted to his weight a service tech couldnt answer that question. I suppose theyre ok for sales but they dont have a clue how to treat customers in for service or are knowledgeable enough for minor repairs. Next time East Coast Cycle conveniently located across the street.

These guys are awesome. I take my Yamaha VStar 650 there for maintenance and they are always helpful, informative and fair. Last year they helped order new tires for me that beat the price of even online competitors, and my last visit they found a problem with a bolt on the engine block that was stripped and wasnt sealing tight, causing an oil leak. Instead of ripping the bike apart to re thread it and charging me a crazy amount just because they could, the mechanic was able to simply replace the bolt with another off a different engine, saving me time and money. I highly recommend anyone with a Yamaha bike come to these guys. I plan on still coming to these guys even after I move.

It has plenty of inventory great selection but be very aware when purchasing. Do your homework and find out the price of your selection on kelley blue book or other websites. Negotiate with the dealer bcuz i almost got ripped off at least 1400$ in additional fees but im glad i did plenty of homework. So just be careful. I know its part of the game bcuz dealers need to make money but dont try ripping ppl off that badly. Just be careful. Id hate to see someone get ripped off an arm and a leg.

“I had my 05 Midnight Venture serviced at Funcenter PS. Inspection, oil change, Carb Sync, and front tire replaced. All work was completed in a very reasonable time, and for a reasonable price. I like to know that the people working on my bike are the professionals with the most knowledge of my machine available. The bike is running great and I will be returning to Funcenter PS for my next service.”

Both the sales and service department continually go above and beyond for me. Anytime I drop my Ski off I know its in great hands and I never ever ever have to worry that Im being taken advantage of. Nick and Larry always make sure Im in the loop with whats going on, and, to me, thats worth is weight in Gold! Keep up the great service boys. Thanks!

Nice bike shop, very professional. Sales staff is helpful, but not pushy. Prices competitive, though their accessories/gear selection could be a little better. The big roomy show room is so much nicer than the claustrophobic hole in the wall down the road. TONS of new bikes on display, plus a nice used selection upstairs.

GREAT Business. Very Friendly Staff. Larry in the Parts/Service Department is very knowledgeable and demonstrates great customer service. Their repair estimates are alot more affordable than surrounding repair shops. Very Clean and Well Organized Business. Give this place a chance.

Just got a 2014 Yamaha R6. Had a great experience, without no problems they are happy to see you walk out with something you want. I highly recommend anyone to go there first. before you go out hunting and waiting for a great deal!
