The place is a little hard to find because theyre located off the main strip, just look around for the sign. Alex was awesome on the phone and in person. He gave me time to myself to look over the car. Me being a little eager, I immediately got under the car to look for leaks and rust. Alex was nice enough to clean my jacket off for me and offer me something to lie on. I was extremely worried about how mechanically sound the car would be on the drive home. Alex told me how theyve never had an issue with any of the cars theyve sold making it back to their destination. He was absolutely right, no issues whatsoever on the ride. It ran like a top. Once I got the car home, I went over it with a fine too tooth comb just to check everything. Coolant was green, oil was clear, voltage was where it was supposed to be, coolant temp was fine, oil temp was fine. The car was impeccably maintained by the previous owner. It needed nothing major. I called the number on the dealer business card found in the car to see what kind of service had been done to it. It was maintained extremely well. Keep in mind you are purchasing a used car, so it may have its quirks or need a few small things. In my case they were very little that took nothing away from the car. If youre mechanically inclined and can do some of the work yourself, great save yourself some money. If not, be realistic it may need a few things but again nothing major. These guys try and disclose everything possible about the car. This place does a really good job displaying their cars. The car I purchased looked better in person, I was really surprised about this. A big plus for me was the interior showroom, they have all their cars inside. Alex kept the car inside as well for me to look at it. In conclusion, I had a great experience with this place. My transaction was quick and smooth. Mainly cause I knew what I was looking for and I did my research and asked all the necessary questions. Ill definitely make the drive up to Philly again when Im considering a used vehicle. Thanks Alex you guys were awesome and Im very happy.

I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes ML 500 from this dealership and I am extremely impressed. I called Alex and asked about the vehicle and for a carfax, he immediately sent it over. I then went to look at the car and could not believe what impeccable condition it was in. He told me that I needed to come back for the inspection because the shop where they have the vehicles inspected was backlogged. As part of the deal I asked if he could get me a second key for the car which he did. I called back a few days later to ask a question about the drivers door lock not working, he responded when your key comes in and you have your inspection come back and we will take a look. A week later, Alex delivered a brand new Mercedes key which is extremely expensive, my car passed inspection which was done at a Meineke so it was legit and he inspected the door lock and told me it needs a new actuator which he is going to order from Mercedes and call me to schedule a time to install it. This is not a branded dealership but a private independent dealership. Last week I also bought a new C300 4matic from Fort Washington Mercedes Benz. Honestly, I felt 100% better about buying from Empire Motors and was treated so much better buying a 2006 than I was buying a 2016. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great quality used car. Please remember, these are used cars and they will most likely need some work. Do your research before buying any car to see what the issues were and plan accordingly. I already know that 2006 for the M-Class was a dicey year for this model, but out of all the M-Class from this model year, this was the cleanest, highest quality available as shown by the carfax, the in person inspection and confirmed by my mechanic. I have read these other ratings and it is very sad if what these folks experienced is true. I can only offer up my inspection and relay that Alex and his team were professional, pleasant, prompt and stood behind the vehicle even though it was purchased "As-Is". These guys are great and they are worth a look.
