I was present with Matt Bricker as we planned to ride together after he bought the bike. I was only present for the second day and was not present for the first $8,150 dealer offer on the bike but let me tell you what I heard the second day. The sales person, Paul, said that the offer that Matt received the day earlier $8,150 was the best they could do. Matt was asking about the $750 yamaha cash back offer and the sales associate Paul instantly went to $8,300 and almost laughed about it. When asked why the price just went up Paul initially stated that the $8,150 was yesterdays price, had a smirk on his face and laughed, and said todays price is $8,300. He also said the $750 cash offer from Yamaha was already put into the price, this was not discussed at all previously. Theres no reason for the price to go up $150 when asking about other promotions, when questioned more about the price hike the sales person said oh must have made a mistake in the additional fees". This is the worst experience Ive ever dealt with at a dealership. Two employees in the place and two customers, both employees were helping the other customer and ordering lunch. It was in reality about a 20 minute wait and he assisted us for 10 minutes. After not honoring the deal that was agreed upon prior to us driving 1.5 hours the sales person just walked away and looked like he could care less. The only other thing we did was ask for the owners information so we could complain, the employees only gave a generic business card and phone number. Dont let them try and get you in the door with an artificially low bike price (IE cycle trader advertised price), let you work them down to a reasonable price and then when you are ready to buy it raise the price on you. Horrible experience, would not recommend to anyone. Our sales rep was Parts Manager Paul Steiner. If I could rate them a zero I would. I wanted to add another thing to my review. One of the employees(John Paulson) that works at Flemington Yamaha has given the shop a 5/5 star review and wrote the review as though he was a customer only and not an employee. He probably does get work done to his bike at the shop but when looking for a dealership a buyer wants a dealership that is honest and upfront, an employee posting a review for his own employer is neither.

Went there twice over the course of two days to purchase a new motorcycle. On the first visit I spoke with John Sr. Things were going really well and he was nice and welcoming. We almost reached an agreeable price. It was close to closing time and I didnt have time to make the deal before he disappeared. The next day I drove back the one and a half hour trip to finish the deal. When I got there John Sr. was off and I had to work with some other gentlemen who never identified himself. I had to wait almost 30 minutes before being helped. Once I started talking with the sales associate he informed me that he couldnt make any deals or change the price any as John Sr. price was all that mattered. He started texting John Sr. on his phone and we had a weird negotiations via text. After being unsuccessful in getting the price down to what I was hoping I was prepared to accept the last offer that John Sr. made. Right before I could agree to the deal I asked about a $750 Yamaha Customer cash promotion that was currently running the sales man said he didnt know and then the sales man informed me the price just went up another $150 and that the old deal was no longer valid. I asked for clarification on why the price jumped $150, as I was prepared to accept to previous offer and informed me the price was raised today starting now due to some other service charge that he couldnt specify. The salesman just walked away from me after that. I have never been so angry trying to buy something from some one before. Terrible customer service its almost like they dont want to sell the motorcycles. I would never recommend this dealership.

So i did some shopping on the internet to find a deal on a Sea Doo, found a 2015 Left over Spark 3UP 90hp H.O. With convenience package for sale. Spoke with them over the phone, got a great price without having to haggle at all!! Took delivery the beginning May right before my birthday. I must say being in the Car business I was waiting to get the run around when i arrived to pick it up due to horror stories Ive heard over the years!! Everyone who i met while there was awesome, made every aspect of my "toy" purchase easy and stressless!! Not only did i want to get the toy, i needed the necessary accessories for my new hobby. They had a great selection of things available, but Im not the average size person as i am 67" tall. However they were awesome with being able to order me the things i wanted that werent in stock in my size. They even accommodated me by shipping those things to my front door via Fedex with a promise if things didnt fit they would exchange for me!! A few days after my purchase i left for vacation and when i arrived home i had a box waiting with all my things. Everything fit perfect so not necessary to exchange anything. I must say this was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a toy!! They are 2 hours away from my home but i will definitely bring it to them for my scheduled services when needed!!! Hopefully the service department is as impressive as the sales department! Thanks again to all of the staff who made this purchase possible!!!

Extremely upset over this dealer and their staff including the manager who was very unpleasant to deal with. Definitely got a bait and switch shop vibe just in the two instances dealing with them.. Shop around and you will find better prices somewhere else. Will not deal with them again... The last time my husband and I dealt with them, my husband motorcycle needed one spoke on his wheel replaced. My husband called the shop, asked if this would be covered under the manufacturer warranty since its a brand new bike and gave the person the bike VIN no...He was told it was covered under the warranty-no charge so my husband agreed to bring the bike in to get it fixed. When he came to pick up the bike, he was shocked to receive a $220 bill just to replace one spoke. Dealer wanted to charge $100 dollar just on labor that took the mechanic 5 minutes to replace because they only charge by the hour .. Refused to drop the price on that...Arguments went back and forth. The dealer denied telling him that it was covered under warranty even went far as to calling my husband a liar. End result, they removed the spoke and we left. Bought the part for fraction of the price, got my husband friend to replace the spoke and literally only took him 5 minutes but what REALLY PISSED US OFF was that half of the spokes on the wheel were loose and the dealers mechanic definitely did not check them or noticed it..thank god our friend did...This is a real safety issue....
