Affordable service and repairs. These guys are locally owned and operated and really go all out to give you complete service in a friendly and informative way. They believe in Straight talk, not tech talk. Went in for a repair to an old laptop and they diagnosed it for free..which is business as usual for these guys. I wound up getting a re-manufactured model that was faster and only cost a bit more than the repair job. Also came with a 90 day warranty. They really go all out to help you. A few weeks after I got my laptop I had some issues with a software upgrade...nothing theyd done or were even responsible for, and they helped me out over the phone and logged onto my system from the store. Problem solved! Great guys, great service and great prices. Check them out for repairs and refurbished hardware and awesome support!

Applause! I had the opportunity to just drive by and see this store and I am so, so very happy that I did. I dropped off my laptop and found out that this company gives out loaners while your laptop is getting repaired! They informed me the very next day in the morning what was wrong with it and if they recommend it getting fixed and they also give you an exact price.The manager is extremely easy to speak with, and listens and gives the best advice. I felt as if he gives the kind of advice as if you were a family member. Being this humble and courteous is the best way to receive repeat business! I definitely will be telling everyone about this place! Oh, and I got my laptop and it is MUCH faster than I expected! I absolutely am satisfied!

I dropped my laptop the other day and cracked my entire screen! I took it to PC-MAX the next morning, they gave me a loaner laptop to use in the meantime and told me exactly how much the repair was going to cost, no hidden fees or charges! The next day I received a call saying that they have repaired the screen, but they ran a free diagnostic and found viruses and spyware on my laptop! I told them to take off the viruses and I expected it would take a few more days. I was surprised that I was able to pick up my laptop the next day, brand new screen and free of viruses and spyware! My laptop is running faster and better than it was before! PC-MAX is the only place Ill take my electronics from now on, theyve made a lifetime customer out of me!

In the past, I was always skeptical about going into computer stores since Ive always dealt with people who tried to charge me extra. My laptop screen was cracked and they fixed it within 10 minutes...literally! I was shocked, They are willing to work around your price range, and they offer great service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! He couldve easily try to get to me to buy a new computer but instead he wanted to help me save money and save my screen. Nick took the time to answer all of my questions and still managed to repair my laptop within a short time frame. In the future, I will buy my new computer from them! If you have an issue with your laptop, or need one, this is where you need to go! I wouldnt recommend any other place!

My wife and I have had issues for a long time with our computer, and we really couldnt find anyone/any business in the Raleigh area that we could trust to fix our issues. That is until we were introduced to PC-MAX. Not only were their rates extremely competitive, but they fixed all of our issues within 2 days AND took time to explain to us and show us what they did and how certain systems work. We now are in the process of taking our laptop to them to work on! Id recommend PC-MAX to anyone within Wake County that has a computer. Even if your computer is working fine, it doesnt hurt to have them check it out and make sure your anti-virus and security measures are up to speed (which ours were not).

PC-MAX is an excellent company, and I will recommend them to anybody who has computer needs. I have a HP w/ a bad motherboard and they did a memory back-up for me. The external hard drive I gave them was not working properly. They promptly notified me of the issue and suggested a flash drive that I agreed to pay for. The next day I followed up w/ them and they had discovered a virus on my external hard drive. They cleaned the virus and did my back-up on my external hard drive and saved me 50% of what I had already agreed to pay. Customer service like that is much appreciated and I celebrate PC-MAX as a 1st class operation. Wonderful business integrity.

Thank you Nick for always servicing all my computer needs. I have been using Nick at PC-MAX for the past 4 years, and he has always done a remarkable job. I have also brought several laptops, chargers and software. So far I have not had any major problems for any items purchased from PC-MAX. Nick also updates and repairs all my business computers and laptops as needed if I have any problems with them. HIs prices are reasonable and he has never tried to over charge me for anything, I love his honesty . If you have any computer issues for your business or home I would truly recommend Nick at PC-MAX for all your computers needs..

Nick gave me what I call old fashioned service! When I arrived I had a serious $$$, replace-the-motherboard situation. He spent a little time on it, and it turned out to be no problem at all. Im not very computer-savvy and he could have really taken me for a ride. He did no such thing and didnt even charge me for the time. Nick won a brand new, long-term customer that day. Five months later: this time I did have a failing hard drive. They fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price, and even threw in a little extra help in backing it up. Walker was very helpful and courteous. PC-MAX are my go-to guys.

I was searching for a reasonable company to fix my laptop that Ive had for 7 years.. Did research and found PC Max.. I decided to give them a call. After talking to a tech, I took my laptop to them. It didnt take long, the price was right, and they were very polite and respectful.. I recommend them to anyone who want to keep their laptop or desktop.. Also, they reminded me that I could call them anytime.. I was so happy to keep my laptop and I dont have to buy a new one every two years.. I wanna say thank you PC Max and you will keep my business, I have 2 more computers to straighten out..

When my hard drive failed on my laptop, they had it fixed up in no time at all, at a very reasonable rate. Some places wont even look at your machine for over a week. PC-Max diagnosed my laptop for free (maybe two hours after I brought it in, if that), gave me a loaner to use (also free), and had my machine up and running the next day! I would have been fine with the 2 days they estimated it would take. Id give them a 10 star review if I could. A+ on the customer service too... by the time I walked out of there, I felt like I had just picked up my computer from a friend who works on them.
