If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Went in to get my iPhone 6s cracked screen fixed today and it did not go smooth at all. First off, the guy at the desk told me it would be one price, around $120 to get it fixed. I leave my phone and go to shop and get a call on the other number I left them of the person I was with for them to tell me it would be $180. That was only the beginning of the issues I had today. Next, I did not receive a phone call that my phone was ready for about an hour and a half so I went back to check on it and it was just sitting in a bag in the back, already done. So they told me a wrong price, then proceeded to not call when it was ready. As Im driving home with my fixed phone, the entire screen goes black and stops working so I take it back. I came in around 30 minutes before closing to see what the problem was and all I got was complaints from the employees that they wanted to go home and did not want to fix THEIR mistake that they made fixing my phone. 30 minutes later they come back with my phone, fixed again and tell me everything should be okay. Of course, as soon as I get home, same problem is happening with the screen blacking out and shadows all the way across the screen. DO NOT GO HERE. Overpriced, terrible service, and obviously faulty parts.

Very poor service. Dropped off tablet for screen repair, told 5-7 business days. Called 2 weeks later, said the part was not received. Went to the store a week later, part still not in. Spoke with the manager Donald, said the part was mia, but they had a tracking number and it was in the states; part ordered from China. Donald said he could repair the tablet if I could find the digitizer and dropped them off. Called back later to confirm they had a UV light to properly cure the LOCA, he then changes his story and said if I could get one of their parts as they dont need a UV light. Obviously hes not familiar with Samsung products or their repair procedures. If you break the screen on a new phone, Im sure they have one in stock and can most likely repair it. If its a year and a half old tablet or other electronic device, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I try to support local business and have even referred several people to them for phone repair, but they lost a customer after this ordeal.

I would not recommend this place. I went to get a new screen because I had cracked mine. After it was put on I walked out and got in my car. Before I even left the parking lot my screen wasnt working and I walked back in. He told me I probably had a bad screen (Not sure why they cant test it before giving it back to the customer). They replaced it and it worked. Two days later I realized my screen was coming apart and separating. I took it back and the guy said they would replace it but i would have to come back the next day because they were out of white screens. I went back and they replaced it the next day. Two days after that I realized my screen was coming apart again and I could see light in between the screen and the phone. I took it in and the guy told me my battery was swelling and was making the screen rise and thats why i could see the light. I have never heard of that before and have never seen light any other time. I will be taking my services elsewhere in the future.

Had my screen replaced on a Galaxy S4. Very professional staff, did an outstanding job. The staff is very upfront about the products used during the repair. I also quoted out a charging port repair, they were very honest about not having an exact match but were willing to try if I needed it that day or I could wait and come back for the exact part. Had the repair done elsewhere out of time constraints. The other shop installed the non-matching lying to me about it and it did not work. Should have waited for Cell Phone CPR. The guy who fixed the phone was screen John, cannot remember the counter persons name. Highly recommend Cell Phone CPR.

Unethical or Have Zero Skill I had my iPhone5s’ battery replace by CPR store in Apex. It was fine at the first, then the battery dead after a few months and they replaced the battery again. However, in less about 3 months, the battery is dead the 3rd time. However, the guy t told me that he tested two more batteries and nothing worked. He couldn’t fixed with his ability. He also tried to sell me other phones that he carried over there. I took the phone to another store, and they replaced battery in 15 minutes and it works fine. This makes me think that either they are unethical or have Zero skill to fix such a simple issue.

Service was speedy and professional. I was having heat issues with my Nexus 4. I took it in to replace the battery thinking that was the issue. They replaced it promptly, but I was still experiencing issues so I did a little online research and found a DIY solution to add a heat sink, basically. I didnt want to risk damaging the phone doing it myself, so emailed them the link. Even though it was not something they had done previously, they ordered the parts, and implemented the solution. So far so good, and if there are problems going forward it is a limitation of the old phone and not their service.

When my iPhone 6 stopped taking a charge consistently, I took it to a number of places to be told the port was worn out due to my use of non-Apple charging cords. As they were unable to complete the repair while I waited, I held off until, one day, the phone wouldnt charge at all. CPR was open on Sunday so I went in, told them the port needed changing, and they said it would take an hour. 30 minutes later, they called to say the port wasnt faulty, that a piece of lint was the cause. They didnt charge me a dime. So glad I ended up waiting and found CPR. Very friendly and honest staff!

This place has terrible customer service. Brought my nephews phone here to get the screen replaced and it worked for two months. When we brought it back they said it would have a lifetime warranty as long as the damage wasnt caused by human error. They accused me of replacing the screen with a aftermarket screen and said they wanted to ban me from the store. The manager Donald is not professional at all. They need to stop robbing people by ordering cheap parts from China and charging apple parts. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE.

Let me start off by saying that I regret my previous bad review. (Sorry Guys!) These guys have PHENOMENAL customer service, integrity and professionalism. After multiple problems from their supplier, which resulted in my phone repair taking way longer than it should have (all out of their control), they more than fairly compensated us for the delays. I am not recommending them just because of their awesome customer service, but because they are a place that you can trust. Take your device here; you wont regret it!
