After stopping in today I was reminded why I dont shop here. The staff is rude and unfriendly. There were 5 of us in line at the one register, manager was called for a transaction and didnt speak to the line or offer to ring anyone up... Just walked away. There were three employees gathered around another register which when anyone approached them, they were turned away. Told the register was closed. The store coupon policy is unlike any other store like it. Only allowing one coupon a day, not even per transaction. Combine this with the high prices, there are many other better options just up the road.

The selection of products depends a lot on your craft--the yarn selection is decent (and A C Morres has consistantly had the widest selection of cotton yarn Ive seen in a store) but theres nearly no cross-stitching supplies. The staff isnt underfoot, but also sometimes is not interested in providing service when wanted. Ive taken up going around closing simply because then they are quite happy to let me pay.

Unbearably hot in the store. Its summer in NC people, meaning its hot and humid. Let the local stores set the thermostats at a level where the store is comfortable for its shoppers. This store used to have a very nice floral department but now its awful. You cant keep a decent floral designer on minimum wage.

Expensive. I always end up finding what I want cheaper or better online. Nice people, kind of helpful (they do their best), but at this point I just go to window-shop before ordering my supplies online.

Sometimes its a little pricy, but if you remember to bring coupons, you can get some really good deals. Its a great place to get art supplies. Im constantly stocking up on sketchbooks from here.

Way more affordable than Michaels and they have almost the same things. Constant sales and coupons. I have yet to go and not find what I am looking for. Very friendly and helpful staff.
