I love this store. They pretty much have everything but the kitchen sink and high-end fine art supplies. Unfortunately, they seem to be understaffed the majority of the time, and youve really got to hunt down staff members if you have questions or need help finding something, but overall, I love shopping here, and the employees I have managed to track down are always friendly and helpful!

The staff at the store need a brush up on customer service skills. With the exception of one of two staff members they never smile and seem to always be agitated that you are shopping. If you dont like your job or working for Michaels, you should leave. The manager Ray is miserable as well.

Very disappointed..they handed project and Paint...Nothing to clean paint off children..nothing to put over cloths..some parents left their daughter had paint all over her..parent went into car to get apron..left before 2nd project..paint all over..Very disappointed for Micheals....

Called to find out if they had "White Felt" by the yard. Was told it was the only fabric that they carried. Got there - No Felt. Clerk said that they might have burlap. Maybe this was just extra "Holiday help."
