Ive been visiting Hobby Lobby since they day they opened. I have never had a bad experience. They keep the store neat, they stock in an efficient and unobtrusive way, the staff members always have a smile for the customers, and they are all more than willing to help with any query. The staff have remained essentially the same since Day 1 and Im guessing theres a reason for that - they are treated well and they treat their customers well. The prices at Hobby Lobby are so much better than their competitors that its hard to imagine how their competitors are still in business. I also really enjoy the music - that seems like a funny thing to say but I think music sets the tone in a workplace and the tone of HL is always positive. Thats a big part of what makes the shopping experience such a good one. I look forward to my visits to Hobby Lobby.

Going to this store is a treat if you are going to buy something and stick with it, but if you have any issues like returns or complaints the store wants nothing to do with it. I went to return a curtain that I bought a few days prior and a few pens that werent what I thought they were. I had my receipt and the saleswoman refused to return my items. She said they werent in the original packaging and she wouldnt return them, she wouldnt even look at my receipt before she turned me away. I left and called a manager and she said the same thing "We dont return things without their packaging." She was rude and obviously didnt care about my experience. I wont be back to this store.

Fun store with a lot of cool things a great place for home decorating and crafts but high priced unless you get a sale or use a 40% off coupon (easily found on their website) Its one of those stores that have all prices raised because they know they have that coupon out there and hope to get you to purchase an item at 40% of then get more items at full price. ie: (Michaels, AC More, Bed Bath and Beyond)

This is my favorite store. They have so many things to do crafts with. In the old days you had to search all over for supplies. I can get most everything I need here. If you see stuff you like wait!!! They put everything on sale eventually. I got canvas blanks at 70% off. They have a great clearance section too. recommend this to anyone.

They have some nice stuff at god prices but most of it is junk. Theres only 2-3 isles of nice stuff the rest looks like stuff my grandma kept in her bathroom. Also, its a very religious place with isles dedicated with crosses, Jesus and Bibles.

Very mediocre and soulless. Some nice selections, but nothing special. A few of the staff members are nice, but many of them are rude and judgemental. I get the distinct feeling that non-christians are not welcome when I go into the store.
