worst place ever. They have most rude sales people their store the store burn down last year they didnt even make an announcement about it took me three hours going and coming. that day And they really arent ever stock on yarn the same old Blah Blah but since this male manager came to the store his energy and the energy from the workers shows he has not teach them how to be kind if you really need to go there shop when Vivian the manager is working she will do her best to help you and give you a pleasant visit This store needs a whole new look! oh i forgot they did that last year lol today i will be going to AcMooore 0ff 75 weston or Holly Lobby off 525 davie at these place you are treat like KIngs and Queens and you are not treat like a fool as you spending your money they dont even greet you when you enter Joann Fabric . not only that the sales lady Threasa is the rudy person ever to work in a craft store usually people in these style of store are relax this person really truly rude she whispers in front of you as she covers her mouth. in front of you. a child has more manners than that. And its just my luck i go when she is always there. So today i will have a very pleasant visit down to Davie HOllY LOBBY One more thing when i go to look at the magazines and the ones that are sealed are always open. I didnt do it! The needles in the knitting and crochet sections or missing out of the packages. I didnt do it ! because i am at the register paying for my purchases! So that store and he knows who i mean and his compadre Threase needs customer training. If you are a manager you could be the best person ever but your worksrs attitude will make you look really really bad. another thing no matter how long the lines get in the store the people never complain we all just wait patiently for our turn and because we know and understand that craft is a dying art your store is needed please do better. and i forgive you for the way your treated me but today i spent my money somewhere else

Went into this store looking for trim. My sister shops this store often. I attempted to locate the items I was looking for and was unsuccessful. Keeping my 3 and 5 year olds calm I walked over to the sewing department where two employees were. One was assisting someone and the older Lady Beth appeared to be free. My three year old said "excuse me", and Beth turned around and yelled at my three year old and myself "WHAT"! My first instinct was to yell and use all sorts of obscenities because this lady clearly was being very disrespectful. Once she saw the look of anger and confusion on my face she asked me if I had a question about a sewing machine. I mumbled no over my boiling anger. She then proceeds to say well if your question is not about a sewing machine you need to go and wait at another counter. At that point I was blown. I walked away because I did not want to blow a fuse in front of my kids. I was given the incorrect customer service number by the cashier who apologized about my experience. To pass by other stores to specifically give my business to this store angered me even further. I put my kids in the car and found the correct customer service number, and spoke to a very helpful Lady. I shared this to say, here is one of the reasons i now shop online. Yes the wait time and the cost of shipping is a problem but Ill take that over being disrespected anyday. Having managed a multi-million dollar retail giant I would never allow one of my employees to disrespect any customer in that manner, and if they had rest assured they would have experienced the appropriate disciplinary actions.

Muy lindas cosas pero la vendedora pelo negro no nos quiso atender no se si por que con mi esposo hablamos español aunque a ella sele hablo en inglés y eso que otra señora le dijo la mentablemente muchos se frustan por que les toca trabajar un domingo jjjj y muchos latinos no lo siento por ella

Great selection of fabrics. I was excited to come to this place until I came across the unwelcoming staff. I had asked for help from two different employees. Both had this attitude as if I were disrupting their world. They could care less to understand their help leads to sales. I even witnessed them being rude to other customers while I stood on line. I rather pay more money elsewhere for better service. This store is loosing opportunity!

My husband shaun went in to get some items. He came back and could not stop talking about how helpful and nice everyone in the store was... Thats a hard thing to get these days. The store manager mike and gail were very helpful in guiding his first time shoping there. He says the experience was worthy to take the time to write this review. Thanks jo ann hollywood

Selection is okay. Customer service is sub par. Prepare to wait in line (almost every time). Dont have any questions about the fabrics they carry, or that will benefit you in your craft because you will probably not get it answered. Fabric go to place. Michaels is certainly much friendlier when it comes to customer service. The store is clean.

My wife and daughter love this place, every time we go they buy lot of products including projects for the kid that you can color or assemble at home, that is a great time to spend time with your kids. Look for coupons online it might help you save some money at checkout.

Savannah is doing nothing for you Joann Fabric. Her unwillingness to help someone is very unprofessional. Her attitude towards customers are both reluctant and condescending. Her conversation with co workers are also ones that shouldnt be done in the work place

I was disappointed. I was there at opening time but the other customers and I were not allowed in to the store because of register problems. It seemed like there were few employees and the store was shabby. Ill try another JoAnns or a different company.

I love going there for the balsa wood boxes. I use them for mini projects like an audio amplifier, or even a speaker box. The coupons only add to the experience, and the staff is always helpful.

Michaels stop carrying Susan Bates individual crochet hooks and this is the only place that has them. Love the online inventory to check if they have what Im looking for.
