Do not bother to shop their big deal 50% off Christmas sale!!!! I wasnt aware that when I was checked out that most of the Christmas items that I had chosen were not actually included in the 50% reduction!!! It wasnt until I got home I realised some were and most not, which makes a big difference!!! So I went all the way back to the store the next day and actually they were still not considered in the sale but I got $11 back because 3 items of Christmas ornaments were in the wrong bin with other Christmas ornaments which were in the sale. Big deal, a waste of time to have to check out each item as to if it is in or NOT in the sale!!!

My wife is pregnant and we are trying to get ready for the baby she wasnt feeling all that well but we needed to finish up a project. I went into Michaels attempting to buy what we needed to finish the project feeling completely lost. I asked Sarah for some help, told her what I was trying to buy and she took me right to everything I needed saving me at least an hour in that store for which Im very grateful. I cant say enough about the overall customer service I received from all the team members and my experience at Michaels. Thanks again Sara your awesome.

The prices are about what I was expecting to pay, but when I needed assistance, I had some difficulty locating an employee. When I did locate one, she had no idea what I was asking for. After she walked away, I was able to find exactly what I needed. Not the best customer service from this employee, but most of the time, I have no problems when I come to this store.

The only complaints I have are that it smells a bit weird in the front, and its a bit complicated to find things at first. However, youll get used to finding things you need, and they have a wide variety of products that you cant find many places else. Everything for crafting and even other things, from frames to toys.

Called at 8 20 am to see if an item was in stock. Responsr i got was that the store is not open until 9 am . So i guess her fingers couldnt type before 9 am? She wasnt clocked in? Hell idk she was probably just l plain lazy and for that you get a 1 star. Good day

While Im a huge fan of this store, and the coupons, the new layout doesnt seem very thought out for crafters. It feels like they are trying to get into and only focus on home furnishings and decorations. Now, it feels like crafters are an afterthought.

Huge store jammed full of Christmas stuff. Had zip, zero, zilch, nada for Hanukkah. I asked cashier where the Hannukah items were and she said "we dont have any". Not even a ribbon or a bow. They have lost my business for good.
