My husband and Iwent to Michaels to pick up an order of a frame on 9/10/16. We did not like how the photo look on the frame and decide to make a change the associate that took care of us was very nice she said that she was going to put a note for the changes and someone from Michaels was going to get back to us. The change we did was very simple and today is already Tuesday and nobody has call us. I decide to make a call to the store today, I was transfer to that department I waited around 15 to 20 minutes and nobody answer the phone. I call back the store again and spoke to another associate and complaint about the previous call, her answer was that the associate from that department was out to lunch, my answer to her was why the person who answer the phone before didnt inform me that. I think the customer assistance on the phone in that store is the worst

i love the place but near closing time the employees harrass people to get them leave...i was shopping a couple of weeks ago and when it was 8:50 at least 4 employees told me it was time to go pay...i had already said i was going to the first person. there was a huge line to pay anyway so it didnt make a difference when i went to get another box for my beads, just as i picked it up and started back to the line another two employees chased me down...just so i could stand in this super slow line...if the employees had been opening registers rather chasing me we could have finished much quicker. that said i do love the store

A sweet, spicy, Citronella Cinnamon mix smell just slaps you in the face once you step in store. This is truely a crafters hobby store, there a so many things for arts and craft that I couldnt find anything on my own. Kind of dissapointed that there wasnt anyone on the floor to help customers. I jumped on a CSR helping a customer but i think they were about to go on break (sorry about that) but Great job Jean Kelly, went above and beyond to help me find what i was looking for. Micheals is lucky to have you work for them.

Michaels always had what I need and more. I love art projects and this is the perfect place to get supplies. I have to be careful in this store cause if Im not Ill but everything. Whenever I think of supplies for a project I instantly think Michaels. Their rewards and coupons are amazing as well.

Michaels is one of my favorite stores for arts and craft, and the reason i keep going back is their selection, and the fact that they are never out of stock of the things i need, also the staff is always willing to help you find deals and coupons with their rewards system.

Things seem Perry organized, and they have plenty of staff. Always sales going on, and you can find coupons online, make sure to check. Sometimes the cashiers are a little less than helpful when it comes to advising or asking if you can coupons on are a rewards member.

This Michaels location can get very busy at times, usually depending on school project schedules. This can lead to shortages of popular items. Other than that it is pleasant with ample parking. It is also located right next to a Barnes and Noble.

......hay mucha diferencias de mercancia entre un Michaels y otro, el de Kendal de la 88 calle, tiene precios altisimos en las ofertas. De la manera que ofrecen cualquier promocione el costo es elevado... Tooodo!!!!!!
