While the Robinson store could benefit from more sales associates, I am always impressed by the assistance that those who are there are able to provide. On my recent visits to the store, Elise and Sharifa were very knowledgeable about products that matched my needs. The store seems always busy; yet these two women were able to handle multiple customers with patience, fairness-to-all. Two men commented yesterday on the fact that Sharifa always smiled and remained pleasant! I am also prompted to write a review because of the leadership of two of the managers who stopped what they were doing to assist in answering customers questions. Thank you, Top Brass, for hiring and retaining quality employees.

Ann Craig, is the worst manager I have ever seen in action, she is always grumpy, racist, no respect, no patience, doesnt care if someone has passed away In your family and you are un able to come in, does not care if you are in the hospital and are unable to come in, rude to customers as well as employees. There needs to be a manager evaluation every three months

Very large store that was difficult to navigate. The store seemed to have a lot more craft supplies and less fabric than I remember. Fabric selection seemed over priced and not of exceptional quality, selection or value. Staff was efficient and attentive. Sales offers can be utilized to make strategic purchases more affordable.

Helpful staff and plenty of great crafting items. The store includes a viking sewing area, that has a knowledgeable staff for all your sewing machine needs. And if you sign up for the mailing list you receive great coupon deals very often.

Helpful staff and cheap prices when you use the coupons that are circulated. The staff will often tell which coupons to use and how to maximize your savings. Great place.

Went in to go to the bathroom and left with a wooden crate, a bag of pinecones, and red acrylic paint. Great for crafty ideas, obviously.

Prepare for a wait in the checkout. Im not sure if I caught them at a busy time or not. There seems to be an abundance of deals.

Always a line at the register, never enough registers open. To just run in and pick something up requires at least 20 minutes.
