I would HIGHLY suggest NOT going to this location if you need to get something custom framed. It may be that there are more customers in the Mt. Pleasant area than the North Charleston area, but this place is greatly disorganized and unable to handle the orders they have. A standard 2-week framing for a birthday gift took 6+ weeks: first the wrong mats were ordered, then no one had framed it for 2 weeks, and finally once it was framed, it was framed in the completely wrong frame. The framing, once done, was fine but unless this place gets more organized and can handle the volume of framing clients they are getting, Id recommend driving out to the North Charleston location. It was a very frustrating experience and the store did nothing to make up for it.

I was going in there just for 1 mold that I see there quite often and I forgot where they were so I asked this guy and the moment I asked him immediately he started getting a attitude with me and yelling at me and talking down to me he was very ignorant and rude i will never go back to michels in my life.

Decent selection. Prices are relatively decent especially with the coupon Easy enough to get help if you need it. Went in to get clock movements for some projects I got going on.
