I went in to purchase garland and wreaths last weekend. The lady that checked me out was incredibly rude when I showed her my military ID for a discount off. My husband and I discussed this and how anymore, any place you go you always end up running into someone who makes sure to upset your day. Well I had some trouble with my garland and returned it for something else that would work better. Needless to say when I returned she checked me out again. When she saw the bag and I told her it was a return she huffed and said "of course it is". At this time I was just about to get a manager. Because I lost my receipt she made sure to explain that she would have to put it on a gift card, which I didnt mind. Then she informed me that she would not be giving me all store credit because there is a 20% restocking fee!! Wait what!? Im exchanging these items for something else, why are you taking over $20 back on a $115 purchase when I am only exchanging them for something else?! She smiled and said have a great day! Lady your attitude sucks and because of this I will NEVER and I mean never ever purchase anything from this company again. I am now stuck with a gift card I will never be able to use. Seems to me Miss Virginia has an issue supporting the very same military that allows her to keep her job. Worthless.

I visit AC Moore often and have not had a bad experience until recently. I waited in line for 10 min, when I finally got up to the register I attempted to use a 25% off total order coupon. The sales associate could not get the coupon to scan so she called another sales associate over there (Virginia). Virginia was very rude, she looked at my coupon and said "That expired at 1:00. Learn to read!" I was blown away that somebody would say something so rude and condescending to a customer. All she had to do was tell me my coupon had expired there was no need to tell me to learn to read. I work in the medical field with underprivileged patients. A Lot of my patients are illiterate so a comment like that is exceptionally offensive to me. I am hurt by the treatment I received and the personal attack brought on by an AC Moore employee. I will not be shopping here anymore.

they did a beautiful job of framing my poster that was 30" by 20", but my goodness, at over $900.00 before discount is absurd. Ive never had a quote that high by anyone! They need to sticker the prices on their framing choices; they need to quit charging too much. Good job, but I will not be back. Much better prices elsewhere.

Very nice staff good prices and good location, I wish they offer classes like hobby lobby or other art stores like sewing class that are affordable thats my only down about ac Moore it seems their the only art store local that dont offer classes Ive heard

AC Moore is quite possibly the best big box craft store in the area. It has the best selection of name brand items, and doesnt only carry store brand.
