Took two decorating classes and felt very disrespected. Was berated for taking the classes when I already decorate at a grocery chain. Thanks Michaels, almost a year later I still feel like a piece of crap for working in a grocery store. That was the first class. Arrived at the second to be asked for my receipt. The teacher said she saw me pay the week before but the Michaels associate was adamant that wasnt good enough. So I am now a former Michaels customer, and have discovered the awesome world of Jo Anns!

This is a great craft store! I love coming here because there is always a new variety of little projects for kids to do! They always scan my coupon on my phone. Its great! One downfall is that they dont have enough cashiers. But there are worse things ha in life that ppl have to deal with. The staff have always been helpful when my daughters and I have had questions. So over all its good experience!

I always feel like a kid in a candy store when I come to this Michaels. The staff there are very helpful and the shelves are always filled with tons and tons of goodies. Other stores in the area seem to lack the up-beat energy that this one has. This Michaels always gives me great shopping experience. Highly recommend it to the crafters in the area.

Michaels yarn selection leaves a lot to be desired. When I finally settled on three skeins to buy, the line to pay was at least 20 people. I left it behind, and will go to a store that sells yarn. Every time I go to Michaels, the checkout line is very long, how hard can it be to hire more cashiers, especially during the holidays?

Could not find what I was looking for. Asked a floor person she informed me they were out and "wasnt going to order it". Did not offer to call another store or special order it. She was quite rude and left me feeling like I was bothering her. I will not be back.

The people, prices, item quality, and stock are amazing. They always have what I want/need and everyone is super nice. During the slow hours it can be difficult to find an employee on the floor, but no store is perfect.
