I scheduled an appointment and took my car to EchoPark on Jan. 10, 2017 for and oil and filter change. Because I know they normally want to rotate tires I asked that they not rotate the tires but increase the pressure in the front tires to 33 lbs/sq in and 32 lbs/sq in in the rear tires. They changed the oil and filter and the service advisor told me he elected to put 34 lbs in the front tires and 33 in the rear tires. I did not object. Upon my arrival home, I checked the oil and it was 1/3 to 1/2 quart low. I rechecked the oil at least twice over the next 2 or 3 days and it remained low by the same amount. I took the car back in Jan. 13, 2017, and the service advisor (different individual) after I related the problem had it corrected and offered a free car wash for my inconvenience. The second service advisor, whom I had dealt with before, and who does an excellent job took care of the matter. The first service advisor failed to do his job. Updated Jan. 17, 2017 Dan Vierra, Service Manager contacted me about the problem set forth above. He indicated he would relay the information I communicated to him regarding the service advisor who corrected the problem. He was courteous and seemed genuinely interested in correcting the oversight. He contacted me again the see if I would be willing to update my review. I told him I would be pleased to do so. Based on the way he has dealt with the problem and the way I have been treated I would now give a FIVE STAR review, rather than the three stars I initially gave.

Taking my car to get serviced with two little kids in tow is usually such a pain, but Echo Park makes it, dare I say, enjoyable. They are SO friendly -- I call beforehand to make an appointment, and they are always ready and waiting. The waiting area is 10x better than any other auto service place Ive been to -- fancy automated espresso machine, great area for kids to play with toys, super clean and nice. They take time to explain what needs fixed in a way that is easy to understand (without making me feel like an idiot). They dont pressure you into fixing things that dont need fixed, and in general, just seem very honest and genuine. Weve had mostly oil changes and minor repairs, but their prices (on those things at least) are great. I would honestly pay more, considering I get to sit in a comfy chair and drink a latte while my kids play happily. We will be customers for life!

Echo Parks inventory is all high quality automobiles. I have yet to see a suspect car. Thats a star. It has a completely no-pressure sales experience. Thats a star. The car I wanted to see was located in Colorado Springs. They moved it to the closest location to me. Thats a star. The buying process was quick and painless - even though mine was a complicated transaction that most dealerships would have taken half a day to pull off. I was out in under 2 hours. Thats a star. We did have a minor service issue - the check engine light came on. They promptly got me in to look into it and gave me a loaner (remember, nothing but high quality cars - so my loaner was great). They couldnt remedy the situation so they sent it over to a certified dealer and had it fixed on their dime. Then they threw in a tank of gas for my trouble. Thats a star. I think that makes 5 stars.

Normally I go to the one in Highlands Ranch for service on my truck but they were booked so I came to this location instead. I was hesitant because each location of a chain has different staff. They far exceeded expectation both on service and price. I couldnt have asked for better people or better work. Im a very social and talkative person but they tolerated my constant and random conversations without any annoyance and with a smile on their faces. I was there for quite a while and they did everything to help me be comfortable in my visit. I really could go on but just know that this has been one of the best experiences for repairs Ive ever had! Right there with the Highlands Ranch location. This company will continue to get nothing but praise and promotion from me!

I purchased a vehicle in Oct 2016 and the experience was fairly painless. The recent hail storm totaled that vehicle and I have spent over two months trying to get my GAP claim filed and service contract refunded. I have had little help from the dealership and it has been a wholly awful experience. Very disappointed in the after-sale customer service. Edit: I received a call from Aubrey who was sincerely sorry for the experience I had. No new business is immune from a bad apple and I just happened to have poor luck with the employees I had to deal with. I received a prompt follow-up that addressed my concerns and he went over and above to make the situation right.

Dont go anywhere else!!! Sales staff are salaried (instead of working on commission and trying to get you into whatever THEY need to sell that day). I came in looking for a Tucson and ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted - I have some credit issues from my divorce but Aaron was even able to find me financing for about 10% lower APR than I had expected! Talk about WOW Factor!! :) I love my new car and couldnt be happier with my car buying experience. The next time I am in the market for a new vehicle I wont even consider going anywhere else. Great experience with Echopark of Littleton, I had them bring over car from Thornton to test drive. I test drove it with Viktor, it was not the vehicle I wanted, so Viktor had me take a look at their website and see if there was anothers that I would like to test drive. I found a Chevy Equinox that I liked, but it was up in Thornton, Viktor told me he could have it down in about two hours. The Chevy test drove great and at a affordable price for me, so i bought it. I co-signed for my daughter on a really cute 2014 Chevrolet Cruz with super low mileage from this location. The whole process was quick and painless! I personally dealt with Preston and Hannah and they were both friendly and professional but laid back at the same time. The atmosphere at Echo Park is nice, very low pressure; none of the intensity you get from most car dealers. Great selection of clean low mileage cars. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Echo Park!

Hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. Everyone was extremely helpful and caring and worked very hard to get us into the car we wanted. They immediately took care of a small issues we found with the car and when one more popped up the following week they took care of it immediately having it ready for us in just a couple of hours with no notice. The prices are very fair and from my experience much less then other dealers would ask for the same vehicle.
