If I could give 5 stars to my sales person I would .. Dominic has been great ... however the management team there is a complete joke. I started to look to purchase a car from this location started at the end of June. We paid for a Mercedes to be transferred from Salt Lake City to El Paso and we thought everything was going great because we got the email showing that that the SUV had been picked up on July 6th and it turned out the car was never picked up at all. They didnt even know the SUV wasnt picked up until I called to follow up and see what the status was. At that point they got the SUV expedited down there and it was there by the following Thursday. I was finally ok. great they decided to give me back my 299 transfer fee because of the issues. However two days later I get a call saying they cant find the title for the SUV so they cant make the car "available" for sale. Some how or another the title was now lost. I am told that it will be weeks or months before they can get a replacement title so that Mercedes is not available for sale now. So I proceed to look for a new Mercedes SUV since they said they will transfer one in at no cost to me no matter where it is I agree to look however there is only one more that fits the same look and price as the one I had "transferred". At this point it had been 30 days since I got my approval from my lender and I can only extend out my approval for 15 more days and I cant move to another dealer since the approval is technically expired on July 20th. I choose a Mercedes SUV that is only located in dallas Texas ( we live in odessa, tx) so we are 5 hours from dallas and El Paso of course is about 7 hours or so from Dallas. I ask my sales person today if they know around what day the SUV would be transferred in. He says he has to check with his manager and he messages me back and tells August 3rd. I was like what the heck 2 weeks to transfer a SUV 7 hours away??? Reminder I cant switch my loan approval since it has expired to the carmax in dallas and by the time they do the 360 walk around and inspection by August 3rd or later my 15 day extension will be expired ... the sales manager Gayle is a complete joke and has a serious lack of professionalism. I had spoke to her the day I was told that they couldnt find the title for the first Mercedes I had transferred. I told her my concern regarding the timing and that the loan approval was going to expire. The complete lack of responsibility to deal with this horrible situation is worst part regarding the management team. She keeps putting it on my poor sales person to do her job. Sales person has nothing to do with the handling of the transfer, the lost title, and broken promises made by the management team there. I have asked for the general or regional manager to call me and of course she says it wont be until Tuesday. I would love to see what corporate has to say about the way this whole situation has been handled. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning.

OK, I gave an initial review, before the paperwork. Salesman was great, Ill give that. Heres my issue. The mustang I was initially testing had a vibration, salesman and I both agreed it sounded like drive shaft issue. Moved on to another car, Taurus SHO. decided to work numbers. We did, got the approval and processed. They even said I need to change my insurance and put the car on it before I can drive it home. Actually told me to do it right then and there. I gladly did( mind you this was at 9pm). My down was $400, payments $561/mo. Thats what the bank asked for and I agreed. Well after long process of getting them all the information they requested and changing the insurance off my current vehicle, then adding the new one, they came back and said after review they had to resubmit the application due to my income. They deducted what I pay monthly on child support, which is understandable, but also deducted 1200 from a loan... That was paid off! So they took $1700 off my gross monthly income!! Which at most shouldve been 500. My new calculation from the bank was 3400 down, and 432 payments. Not what was agreed on. Of course I didnt take it. Now Im stuck having to pay 2 transfer fees to my insurance company because they had me change my policy, not to mention having my family there from 6:30pm-10:30pm. Im truly upset about this, and the best they can say is Im sorry. Lets see if I get the same "we talked with the members," and excuses to cover them instead of trying to really remedy the situation. Ill update the review if Im contacted to keep everyone up to date.

Ungodly awful, and they just dont care. You cant believe the lengths they will go to. Day 1 they find the problem. Day 14 I am out 2000 dollars in rental cars, tow trucks, & almost lost my job because they REFUSE. To pay for a BELT, COOLANT, and a Tension arm. The Dodge dealer is paying the rest. They didnt even give me the option to pay for it. After 250 deductible for the warranty, 650 for a tow, 1 week lost work, 1 week, half work 2 drives to el paso (12 hours each) they still dont have the common curtousy to phone me to tell me the truck isnt ready. i am out 411.64 per week in rentals? HOW MUCH IS THAT REPAIR CMAX?? maybe 650? O since you have already failed me this far isnt it smarter for me to PAY IT AND GET MY TRUCK?? No instead you dont even talk to me. You hold my truck hostage. You cost me thousands and leave me in jeopardy at work. This is the 4th time this truck has been in for service. You simply cannot make this ok. This is not normal. This is good car buying? Your just like every other fly by night used dealer. So just move along. Stop stealing. This problem brought to you by VIVA Dodge El Paso, Car Max El Paso, Jessica in the Service Department. Inspector to prove that they dont have to pay for my parts. To get the top players out there. IF you need a car, you NEED to not go here.

Understaffed and lack of communication. Came in to get our car appraised and while waiting we looked at some cars and decided we wanted to do a test drive. Got put on the list and knew it was a bit of a wait. We came in twice to check our spot on the list. The second time (two hours later) the list was empty and we had not been seen. Our name had been taken off the list because they saw we came in for an appraisal and thought they had forgotten to remove our name. Was there from 5-9 and only got to test drive one car. Set an appointment for the following day but the guy the lady the night before set our appointment with got off when we were coming in so we had to go back on the wait list again. Ended up having another consultant who was suppose to be off help us. Frustrating experience. Frustrating experience and felt bad for the guy having to say 2 hours late.
