Extremely disappointed, we bought a truck from this dealer in February. When we first test drove the truck we thought we heard something wrong and we told this to Eddie. He then went for another test drive with us and assured us that it was nothing wrong with the truck. He said, " trust me ", "I do not want to sell you a bad truck"," I would not do that to my customers." Within one week of buying the truck the engine went out. We were right outside of Houston and had it towed to a Toyota dealer, the dealer told us that it was the engine and that it needed to be replaced, they said this would cost $4,000. We were very upset but realized that we had bought the truck "As Is", so we were going to go ahead and let the dealer do it. My husband called Eddie just expressed his disappointment seeing has Eddie had assured him that nothing was wrong with the truck, he told him that it was at the dealer and that it was going to cost us $4,000 to repair in which we were going to do. At this point Eddie told my husband and basically urged him not to spend that kind of money because he could have his mechanic ( whom he says fixes all of his cars) rebuild the engine and do it for a much better price. At this time we again are thinking this is a good man and he is standing behind his word, which we really respected annd even recommended the dealership to several people. After his mechanic had it for 5 weeks and a lot of phone calls Eddie phoned us the truck was ready. He then said that he would pay the cost of the rebuild because he had assured us nothing was wrong with the truck and that he was a man of his word. Again we bought the truck "as is ",so if Eddie had not suggested his mechanic rebuild the engine and assured us he was a good mechanic, we would have spent the 4000 just to get the engine replaced and had to take the lost at that time. About three months later the check engine light came on, my husband call Eddy to find out what his mechanic had done so that we could tell the shop where the truck was at what had been done. Eddie asked us to take it back to his mechanic so that he could fix whatever was wrong because he had paid him to rebuild the engine, which we did. Again, 5 weeks later(July) and we are called that are truck is ready. Eddie again said that he spent money for a part that he didnt put in the first time for the engine. Needless to say in September the truck started to smoke, we then took the truck to a reputable mechanic and was told that the engine needed to be rebuilt or replaced. When we explain to him that the engine has just been rebuilt he showed us that this engine had never been rebuilt and that someone had just poured some engine head and block sealant into the truck, which in turn with that and us driving it ended up doing more damage to other parts in and around the engine. This mechanic then gave us a list of all the things that needed to be replaced because of the damage including the engine for a price of $8,000. He also showed us the actual damage once they took the engine out. WOW what a lesson, you want to believe there are still good people in this world and that you can take their word to be true, especially when you are so adamant that you are a man of your word. This dealership and his mechanic are very dishonest and untrustworthy. We could have got this engine replaced 7 months ago half the cost it will take us now. So now its like were back to square one, we either can spend this money or we have a truck that does not run. Please be cautious when dealing with this dealer and its mechanics they are not trustworthy at all. Unfortunately if it seems too good to be true it is.

I bought a used 2008 Civic from them in 2014. The sales people were not pushy and let me have all the time I needed to look it over and test drive it before buying it. The guy I talked to said that they keep cars for 90 days and gradually reduce the price. If they dont sell within 90 days, they drop the price to the minimum theyll go and try to push it out the door. May have been a tactic to avoid me haggling the price down, but I gave in and bought it for their asking price. They also were very honest with me that they didnt know too much about the car, but that they buy them and do any repairs or maintenance on them that they need and then resell them. I appreciated them not making up a history so that I would be more likely to buy. I took it home and within a few days noticed a squeaking coming from the tires. I pulled the wheels off and noticed that the brake pads were worn to the indicator. Not a super big deal because I do my own maintenance and brake pads are cheap and easy to replace. The calipers, however, were a bit rusted and dont re-open fully when I let off of the brake. I guess they didnt look too intently at what all needed to be done before selling it. But after almost three years, nothing else has cropped up so I feel comfortable saying that I got a good deal on the car. Again, the employees were very nice and didnt seem like the typical sleezy used car salesman stereotype.

I called ahead to verify the condition of the vehicle and was assured everything worked perfectly except the convertible top didnt work and the ABS light was on. He said it drove perfectly and the brakes worked great. When I arrived, after an hour of driving, burning gas, and paying tolls, I found a completely misrepresented vehicle. Almost nothing worked on the car. Sure it started up fine, but the Nav screen was broken and didnt work at all. In fact, most of the interior switches didnt function. You couldnt even lock/unlock the doors with the buttons. When I complained, he said the car just needed to back to auction. I stated that he had informed me that it was perfect other than those items. He said he had never driven the car, but the other guy had told him it was great. I asked why he told me he drove it. He just blew me off. Dont waste your time or money at this ripoff joint. They were just trying to dump a lemon on someone unsuspecting.
