I found this repair place on craigslist. I was looking for screen repair at a decent price. At first, my phone repair seemed to have been done correctly. A liquid substance started oozing out of my phone around the screen area as well as the battery area. I kept cleaning it, thinking that perhaps a drop had fallen on the screen, until it kept happening out of the blue. Then some lines started appearing on my screen, they looked like a maze, and they started spreading all over the bottom of my screen. I took it back to this place, and the replaced the screen again. I was told that it wasnt glued on right the first time. Now with the second screen they have placed on it, again it is oozing the glue where the screen and the phone boy meets, and in the battery area. I am very disappointed with the work that was done. I will definitely NOT be recommending anyone to this location or returning to have any work done by them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but you really do get what you pay for.

This place is crooked and they lie about their prices, as well as whats wrong with your phone. They quoted us a price of $49.99 for an aftermarket screen replacement and $80 for OEM 3 TIMES! We drive an hour there because their price was the lowest. They then tell us it will be $130 because the screen is actually $95 and that there is water damage. The phone was completely taken apart the day before and photos were taken for proof in case one of these places tried to steal or swap parts. They lied and tried to refuse to give us the phone back, and we had to call the police to get it back. Do not use this place for repairs or anything else as they are bait and switchers and very dishonest. Go to a better part of town where youll pay less and not deal with the bull.

So, I bought screen repair for my iPhone 5C on Groupon....great deal and I wanted to and tried to review on Groupon, but cannot seem to find that option. I just want to say that I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door and Joseph came out to talk to me about fixing my screen and he said he would be right back and get me out of there quickly....and HE DID just that! It was fast, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them if needed in the future! Happy Customer.

I got my note 3 fix from them just the glass, they did a wonderful job it looked brand new original. I went to other locations and they kept telling me I had to replace the LCD. I found this location and they were able to fix just the glass, they are amazing. I havent had no issues with my screen. I recommend them 100% . I believe the person who wrote the comment that they dont recommend this place probably meant somewhere else they are clearly mistaken. This place is the best repair place you can go to.

Huge shout out to Tula. I had broken my screen a couple months back. Unfortunately the previous installer put on a low quality screen on and one small drop with the case on caused it to crack. Tula immediately informed me I had a bad screen and he installed an official screen at no extra cost to me. He also through in a free tempered glass protector. This will be my go to place from now on. I highly recommend. Other businesses take note! Excellent customer service! Thanks again Tula!

I have been to a few repair Stores and This store located at 2751 south Chickasaw trail has the best customer service you can get they always have a smile on their face and their store is always busy every employee is sweet and kind i went to a couple of repair stores on getting a quote and they decided to match and beat the price again I will tell everybody about these people

On February 25th 2016 I came into metropcs they fixed it while I waited I went to another place down the street they quoted 199 for something that cost me 35 dollars at this store they are very honest respectful and helpful I would recommend not to only a few people but everyone I meet I rate them infinite God bless

I dropped my phone and my screen was not working. I came to this metro location and they were able to fix my phone in 20 mins. They even stayed open past closing for me. This was not my first time here, they fixed my phone the last time and gave me the best service. I will definitely spread the word!
