DONT GO TO THIS STORE. I stoped at this store today, the associate was standing just looking at this girl looking at the accesories. He told me that I needed to wait to make my payment, because he was "attending her. I mentioned that I was having problem with online payment. He told me again that I needed to wait. I asked him why I needed to wait to make a payment, because she was just looking at some acesories, I thanked him and I left to the store at Ovideo Park Crossing, I entered the store the lady just ask me what I needed she took my payment right away, no wait, no excuses.

Top notch. No annoying menu options. Spoke with Sandy and he was very informative when inquiring about the newly released iPhone 5s. Although I am sure everyone is tired of getting calls about it, Sandy volunteered information that no other associate in any AT&T store did. He explained the wait period and invited me to their website where I could set up a direct shipment to my house as soon as the phone becomes available. Great customer service, Sandy!

Thank you Kyle and Josh for all of your patience and help! This was probably one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while! The wrong phone was ordered(to be shipped to me) on Monday and I realized today that it was incorrect when I was looking at my confirmation email...Well, I went back to the store to have it corrected, and Kyle drove all the way to another store so that I could have the iPhone I wanted!

Terrible experience. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this store as you can. My wife and I have been a resident of the Oviedo/Winter Springs area for 30+ years and I cant put in to words the disappointment we have for this location. Our privacy was extremely violated. We contacted AT&T about our experience and at this point have still been left hanging. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
