If I could post a lower number of stars, I would do it. My wife and I went to the store, but since they did not have the phone we were seeking, we were told they would special order it and it would arrive a few days later. We tracked our order, and went to the Verizon store to pick up the phone. However, apparently an employee of this Verizon store on Aloma in Winter Park had previously decided to sell our phone to another customer, as the employees get a commission on sales. That employee knew that it was special order for us. When we spoke to the staff about it, they were dishonest, claiming that "there must have been a label missing." Later, the manager Matt Mishler admitted that the employee knew it was reserved for us, but claimed the employee had asked another employee to reach out to us and get our permission to sell our phone to another customer. Supposedly, when he did not get a response from us (mind you the customer was still in the store, so you have a perspective of the time they "waited"), he elected to sell our phone anyways. We never got any such phone call, perhaps needless to say. Obviously, when staff members that get commission for a purchase sell your reserved phone, and make you wait on a new one without your permission, the staff should be reeducated on proper procedure. We were not looking for anything from the store...only for them to address the system issue with the staff. However, manager Matt Mishler arrogantly refused to reeducate his staff on the proper procedure.

A couple of weeks ago my phone died on a Friday evening. Since I can NOT be without my phone, I quickly went in to the Verizon store on Aloma in Winter Park. Although it was late the customer service was great. I was provided 3 different phones to check out while I was there. The sales people were so patient while I made my choice then set my phone up. While I was there, there was also an elderly gentleman that has a list of questions for the sales person and he was so patient with him as well. The sales manager was also very helpful. I felt confident in my purchase when I left and have grown to love my new phone just as much as my old one. I have received a follow up to see how I was doing with the new phone, and that has never happened before, and I have been a Verizon customer since the Primeco days! Thank you so much for the great customer service!

When I came in to this location with my phone not reading its SIM card, Vince and Jacob helped to troubleshoot every possible solution. When it still didnt work they laid out my options clearly and helped find the cheapest option without insurance. I needed some time to make the best decision so I came back the next day. Working with Jacob again and now Devon, they did everything they could to work with the corporate Verizon over the phone to get me the best deal. Unfortunately, corporate was being especially difficult, and I had no choice to wait another day and try at a corporate location. I did eventually get the phone I wanted from corporate, but I wish I could have given these guys the commission. My situation was a one time impossible problem, and these guys used every possible method to help their customer. I will be back again for my next upgrade.

This might be the best Verizion store in the area. As a frequent visitor to the Verizion store this one is by far my favorite. The staff is very friendly, a lot of fun and VERY knowledgable. Chris, my salesman, was able to explain my options to me in a way that I actually understood, Im normally very confused to how cell phone plans work and the costs. I highly recommend this store over the other ones in the area, the staff is super friendly, funny, knowledgable and they play a wide variety of music. I would have to say the only let down was that there was no hidden Starbucks in the store, but I will definitely go back.

Excellent service! I was helping my mother trade in her phone for a new one. We started at Costco, but the line for service was really long. So I called the Aloma Verizon store and spoke with Jacob Nabors. He informed me that there was no wait at their store and they had plenty of personnel to assist customers. My mom and I went straight there and worked with Jacob, who was extremely patient with us. He was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this store and in particular, Jacob Nabors.

Wonderful experience in purchasing my new iPhone with Dwight Morrison. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure assistance in acquiring my new iPhone. Dwight even assisted my sale so he could allow more trade in value for my old phone ($200).This really pleased me, I felt he made my purchase easier to swallow. Rony was my sales person during my experiemce with the Verizon wireless store. I came in pretty upset about my phone mot working, Rony did a phenomenal job helping me out and making me leave this story a satisfied customer. I was very close to switching to sprint, and Rony is the reason I stayed with Verizon. He did a great job today and his customer service skills should be recognized!

I went in to upgrade my phone and the experience was amazing. Chris met me at the door and was amazing from the start. His customer service skills are way above par. He answered every question that I had and was very patient with me. If I ever need to do any other business with Verizon I am coming back here for Chris. This was the best experience with Verizon I have ever had.

Highly recommend this location. Went in with a million questions and they were patient and answered every one of them until I was comfortable to make my purchase. Very professional and courteous and made me feel good about my decision. I initially went to the store on Colonial and left after 2 minutes because I felt rushed and talked down to.

I have to be honest. I went in hot and ready to give someone a piece of my mind for an overcharge on my Verizon bill. Not only was the person that helped calm and listened to all my complaints, he took the time to resolve my issues and get me credits as well as lower my monthly bill. Even walked out with a new tablet. Great staff. Thank you.

I came to this location to try to see if verizon was a good fit for me, I came in and everyone was so helpful they explained everything that I needed to know and advised me on what to look for, for my needs, i would recommend coming to this location to all my friends and family.

Allison (go FSU!!) was very helpful today when I went in to have her look at my cell phone. My screen was not working and it was in warranty. she was kind enough to allow me to use her computer as she processed my claim. Great customer service and attention to detail.
