Well fun stuff to talk about here. I have the joy of telling the internet about the predatory tactics that this t-mobile store used on me. I am still in shock that this happened to be honest, and I guess they are unlucky that I caught it. Boy am I angry. I went in and was greeted by Armin, who was in the process of training a new employee. I waited a bit then it was my turn. I asked for a new note 5 and to be set up on the Jump On Demand plan. They brought out the note 5, then the paper work starts. This is where the problems begin. I am told by Armin that I need to choose a case. I tell him I do not want the case. He responds to this by telling me that samsung now includes the case and a screen protector in all phone purchases through t-mobile. Of course this seems funky to me, but stranger things have happened so I dont think much of it. He then goes and grabs a screen protector. Then he begins working on the paper work again. He then tells me that due to my class 3 credit I do not qualify for the 0 down for the phone and that I will need to pay $53. I am a little shocked by this, but he says it will lower my monthly payments. Ok, that is not a problem then. At the end of the encounter he then proceeds to try to apply the screen protector they chose for me. I say this because I didnt even pull it off the rack. HE THEN RUINS THE SCREEN PROTECTOR!!! Clearly he has had very little successful applications of screen protectors because it was ruined. I am lucky he did not damage the phones screen. About 5 days later I go to look at my t-mobile plan, and in the bottom right I see an eip plan. I dont know what this is because my phone is not eip, but jump on demand. I click on and guess what I see. Ding Ding Ding, the two accessories, that I will be paying $2 dollars for every month. Also next to the accessories I see that the $53 I payed in the store went towards the accessories. Well that put some shine in my day to be sure. Of course t-mobile wasnt able to help me because this store isnt run by t-mobile, but is just affiliated with them. So I am effectively screwed. I called the store to speak with a manager, they heard manager and nothing but ring tone. TL;DR DO NOT GO TO THIS T-MOBILE LOCATION!!!! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND YOU WILL SUFFER BECAUSE OF IT!!! Also I really like the t-mobile service. This rant was not about t-mobile, but this specific location.

Let me preface this by saying that I am only reviewing the customer service department of T-mobile. I had questions about my sim card and I needed information from T-mobile directly. After all my questions were answered, I was told that I could receive free One-day shipping for the Sim Card. Naturally, I was skeptical, so I wanted to ensure that this was the case. The woman I was on the phone with assured me that it would take only One-day for free. After a few days of waiting with no results, I called back and a new woman said that I had to purchase the One-day shipping. Obviously, I am at fault to a certain degree for not checking the shipping supplies, but that doesnt dismiss the fact that one of the employees told me that the shipping was faster than it was. Now, I have to wait an entire week for a new Sim card. Furthermore, the customer service doesnt engage well with the cutomers, they act rude, and they cause more harm than good. Ive been with T-Mobile for 7 years, and I have never needed customer service until recently. I was appalled and disgusted with how they treat their customers.

Do not take your phones for repair at this place! Took a long time with the phone and never was able to fix; always had an excuse for not having the phone ready even though I gave ample time to have my phone returned to me. Finally gave money back and my phone but the phone was missing several screws, the on button not working, missing audio speaker mesh and with different back cover and bezel (I think he swapped my parts with someone elses phone, which I proved to Myron). Told me to take the refund or that he would "try" and have the phone complete for me the following week but could not guarantee wheter or not it will be in the working condition I gave it to him (Already wasted two months on this). All of this could have been resolved if he would have bothered to test the phone when I first brought it in and he did his first repair! I definetely suggest you try other places perhaps someone that will assamble your phone properly with all the pertinent parts and that will own up to their workmanship.

I paid for an unlimited everything plan. Every call I have made with T-mobile has dropped.I have an iPhone 5 and Internet connection works only 10% of the time, and when it does work, it takes 3+ minutes to load a simple google search. I timed it. Might aswell have the Nokia 2700. Every tech representative I spoke to told me something different (and I spoke to a lot because my calls dropped everytime I finally got in touch with one) My received calls go straight to voicemail most of the time, even though my phone is on and working. When I finally got in touch with a representative long enough to ask for a refund they said no. My simple advice is to take your business elsewhere.

Went to this store because it was closest to my home for a replacement screen on my Galaxy S3. The proprietor was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure he was giving me the best pricing possible and look into what insurance options I may have. Frankly that type of time for a customer who hadnt even purchased their phone from this store surprised and impressed me. I will be back for all my mobile needs in the future. The parts were not immediately available as the phone was such a new model but he was able to obtain the parts within a few days and replaced the screen within 15 minutes.

I agree with the previous reviewers commenting on the employees lack of hustle here. I went in today to switch 4 lines from AT&T and was promptly and warmly greeted by a gentleman. He said it would be just a minute and was finishing up with a customer. 30 minutes later, having been ignored since arrival and overhearing him persisting in chatting it up about his family, marriage, and future kids with this customer I left the store. Sloths indeed. If you want to kill serious time and make a new friend this is the place. If you want to get down to business and get on with your life go elsewhere.

Salam and Jessica helped my husband and I out with switching from our Verizon plan . We have been with Verizon over 19 years ( no exaggeration- might be longer ) ... never had such wonderful costumer serivces , patience and tailored services . Unfortunately, we didnt have in our possession all 5 of our family devices to upgrade our phones and couldnt make a finally bill of sale with them. Dispite that - Salam still treated us as with the best customer experience and referenced " I work for T-Mobile and even if I dont get credit today - I want to make sure you are happy and you join T-Mobile "
