Im not going to stop posting about my defective phone until something is done properly. I brought 2 phone from this place. One phone works and the other phone has a manufacturer defect. I took the phone back within my 7 day period. Well the sales representative said he could tell my phone was defective but he had to call his manager. Well they told me they couldnt replace my phone because i didnt have the phone box. So you can rip somebody off they hard earned money and dont feel the need to do right by them. And if you try to erase this i will replace it again until Im done right by you.

Just got a family plan 4 line. Great customer service and love that im now saving money each month. Reps took their time with me and all my questions. I got exactly what i was wanting and they even have a great selection of phones to fit my budget.
